Per una vacanza tranquilla in mezzo alla natura

La proprietaria la Sig.ra Carla conosciuta solo virtualmente ma persona estremamente gentile e disponibile. In loco il Sig. Sergio persona sempre con il sorriso e di una disponibilità estrema. L'alloggio esattamente come era descritto, quello che serviva a noi... un punto di riposo e di ristoro per due motociclisti non più giovanissimi nell'età ma super operativi nell'animo. Ottimo punto di partenza per giri nell'interno delle Marche per visite a città e luoghi bellissimi. Solo cose positive!!!! Ottima vacanza!!!!

Relax in collina

La casa è davvero stupenda, immersa nel verde e vicinissima al mare! È il compromesso perfetto perché vuole godersi il mare ma nella tranquillità delle colline marchigiane! Noi abbiamo alloggiato nel monolocale, pulito ed essenziale, forse un po' umido ma dotato di tutto il necessario.

Lovely house for a lovely holiday

Il perfetto connubio tra mare e collina

La struttura è esattamente identica a come si vede nelle immagini ed a come viene descritta. La piscina ha una bella vista sulle colline e sul lido di Fermo. Gli spazi comuni sono ampi, puliti e ben utilizzabili. Anche la sala comune è molto grande. La struttura è ben pulita e dotata di ogni confort. Noi abbiamo avuto il monolocale n.10 che ci ha soddisfatti. Era estremamente fresco ma un pochino scuro a causa della grande bocca di lupo come unica finestra. Il bagno era molto spazioso con una bella doccia. Dopo qualche problema tecnico del gestore la wi-fi ha cominciato a funzionare normalmente, grazie anche agli sforzi profusi da Carla per la sistemazione del problema. Noi ci torneremmo. Se volete molta luce, scegliete i bilocali che sono davvero belli.

Splendido!

Siamo stati ospiti in monolocale dal 20 al 27 giugno 2017. Oltre ogni aspettativa: la "Casa di Carla" è confortevole, curatissima, tra mare e colline. Rientrare dopo una giornata di mare o escursioni, fare un bagno rigenerante in piscina o rilassarsi tra gli ulivi a leggere è quanto di meglio si possa desiderare. Un grazie alla sig.ra Carla e ai suoi collaboratori, presenze discrete ma attente a qualunque bisogno; non posso non citare Angela, la sua premura e i suoi suggerimenti.
