It’s better than the listing shows. The house is very spacious and well equipped and the outside area excellent. The pool is a delight!

We have had a very special holiday for my partners 40th birthday with our 2 boys aged 1 and 4. The house is fantastic, very clean and well equipped. Stunning views of the beautiful lake and very airy and modern. Andrea was very helpful and made sure we were happy with everything. Pool was brilliant and a hit with my sons! There is so much about this property to say! It is full of old world charm and is a striking property! The scenery is stunning and the 'swimming pool' at the bottom of the garden was amazing!! Lake Garda is glorious and to have that within feet of your back door is incredible. Go pay a visit to this property, you wouldn't be disappointed!

The view from Villa Carolin is amazing and we lived on the terrace! The property worked well for the four of us as we wanted a bedroom each. Felt it should be clearer in the listing that the two floors are not connected and only accessed from the outside. A small microwave would have been an advantage. Rolf and Sarah were brilliant at communicating with us, before and during our stay.

A perfect family house with beautiful grounds and a superb view. Pierra is a genuinely concerned and considerate host. The house is well equipped and everything is of good quality. We found it an idea location with young children and would love to return.

We loved our stay here. The apartment was lovely and very well equipped. The beds were really comfortable and the view from the windows and the patio area was absolutely stunning. The patio was equipped with a table and chairs and it was so nice to sit outside and admire the beautiful olive trees and the garden which was full of flowers. There was a good sized pool there too. Asia, the Labrador, was very friendly and enjoyed walking around with our two West Highland Terriers. The location to many tourist spots was ideal and we spent a wonderful day in Sirmione and had lunch in a marvellous Trattoria right on Lake Garda. Maria, the owner, was a delight and we had quite a few very enjoyable and fun filled chats with her. Do not hesitate to book.
