Holiday rentals near Porto Tramatzu Beach

Quite remote and you will need a car.

This is a very private, peaceful, well-kept property away from the crowds. If you have a car you can easily drive to supermarkets and restaurants within 10-20 minutes. It is a lovely villa - modern but with character, and a irrigated garden all around. The a/c in living area and hall to bedrooms cools the house quickly in hot weather. The BBQ gazebo is wonderful and the tennis court is great, with rackets and balls available. We played at 8pm when it was cooler. The outdoor shower is perfect after the beach. There's a Boules court too. There are many places to sit outside under the deep veranda to keep cool and 3 outdoor tables to dine on. The beach is about 15 min walk across road and down dirt road or drive to plenty of parking lots. Its a beautiful beach, the cleanest sea and sand. Little cafe's are on beach to buy drinks/food. You can hire all sorts of water sport gear from a few places along beach. The host, Alessandra was very nice and quick, easy with communication. We loved every minute of our stay.

Amazing property - everything so clean and in order. Garden was outstanding! Graziella and her family were wonderfully kind and generous - they were always available and left us a huge areay of food and drinks to enjoy. A truly wonderful house in a magical location. Hosts were kind, very generous and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Casa Blu is a great place to stay. It was the best experience staying there. The location is very beautiful and quiet. This place is very well maintained.

Wir waren mit unserer vierjährigen Tochter 2 Wochen im Haus Suestellas bei Antonello zu Gast. Wir waren schon mehrere Male auf Sardinien, dieser Aufenthalt war mit der Schönste. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft perfekt sauber! Es ist alles so, wie es im Inserat beschrieben ist und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alle Räume haben Klimaanlage. Das Haus ist aber sehr gut isoliert so daß es uns gereicht hat, tagsüber die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer laufen zu lassen, um 23-24 Grad im Inneren zu erreichen. Und daß trotz Außentemperaturen um die 35 Grad. Gut gefallen hat uns auch daß es eine Solarstromanlage gibt und man somit wegen der Klimaanlage kein schlechtes Gewissen haben muss. Wir finden: das passt gut zu einem Haus, in dem man so naturnah wohnt. Sehr genossen haben wir die riesige Veranda, auf der wir viele Abendstunden verbracht haben. Antonello ist ein äußerst aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Man merkt daß es ihm wichtig ist, daß seine Gäste zufrieden sind und daß im Haus alles in Ordnung ist und funktioniert. Er war jederzeit für uns erreichbar, sogar spätabends! Die Kommunikation hat trotz Sprachbarrieren auf beiden Seiten über WhatsApp gut geklappt. Das Haus liegt sehr abgelegen. Es ist ideal für die, denen Privatsphäre und Ruhe im Urlaub wichtig sind und die gerne in der Natur und auf dem Land sind. Für uns war es dadurch die perfekte Unterkunft.
