Limpiddu holiday lettings

We have just had a wonderful stay in this house. The owner, Marco, was lovely, welcoming and helpful. The house is equipped with everything you need so it was like home from home. We found it so helpful as a family that the house had three showers! The WiFi was good and the air conditioning was great and not noisy. We didn’t have a car but everything was close by and walkable so it was perfectly located. Both the beach and town centre were less than a 10 minute walk. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood. I would definitely recommend this property!

We could not say more about how supportive our hosts were. We had a rental car disaster which meant we were without a car for our arrival and first night. They helped with getting me to the supermarket and that shop lasted for our whole 10 day stay. The house is idealic, close to wonderful places and wonderful to relax in when we did not want to go out. Would definatel stay there again.

Very nice place, we particularly enjoyed the little garden and large covered terrace. It’s less than 10min walk from the beach so really ideal for a relaxing holiday!

We had a great stay at Villa Bianca, everything about the villa was superb. There was very easy access (by car) to all the local areas and beaches. The hosts, Nicole and Sylvia, were very helpful and the comms was excellent. Highly recommended.

We have had the most wonderful stay in Isabella's villetta. The property has everything one can need and is very clean and tastefully decorated. The outside area is very beautiful and looked after. The location is great, only walking distance to the beautiful Budoni beach and close to the shops and cafes in a quiet street. Isabella is a fantastic host who went extra mile to meet and greet us late at night and provided us with essentials for the kids to have breakfast in the morning, including freshly picked cherries! She has been very helpful and responsive, one could not wish for a better host! We would definately come again!

We (2a, 2c 8 & 11) stayed here for 2 weeks and can highly recommend it. The complex has 15 apartments sharing the pool, but during our stay many were empty and there were never more than 3 apartment’s residents in the pool as people come and go at different times so it never felt crowded. The pool is just outside the apartment and well-maintained, but worth noting neither of my children could stand anywhere. The apartment is easily the best located on the complex - being on the end means it has 3 outdoor seating areas and a small garden area. These all felt pretty private despite others being nearby and had sun/shade at different times. The apartment itself is probably the nicest we’ve stayed in - modern decor, VERY well equipped (down to a cool bag & a toothbrush charger) and was spotlessly clean. The beds are a quite creaky but we got used to how we could move in them! The only thing that we could have done with was some small cereal bowls. The location is in a small village, which has a tiny shop, a bar (great coffee & croissants and Aperol spritz) and 2 very good pizzerias. Budoni is under 5 mins by car, and here there are many restaurants, bars, cafes and ice cream shops. There is also a night market (but beware of the towing zone in the evening!) The lovely local beach is also here and where we came mostly as it wasn’t necessary to go further, although we did a couple of times, including for snorkelling. If you’re considering Sardinia - stay here!

This 3beds/2baths apartment is in the best location you can wish for when visiting the North East coast of Sardinia. It is at only 5 minutes drive from San Teodoro and close to any tourist attractions in the area. But at the same time it guarantees a quite and relaxing environment, as it is located in a very calm area, surrounded by the mountains, and with an amazing view to the sea. The apartment is located on the first floor of a villa, with a huge outdoor area with barbecue. The best spot of the apartment is the huge private terrace, from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sunrise on the beach of “La Cinta” (one of the most famous and beautiful beaches in the area) from one side, and the evergreen mountains from the other. Mario is an amazing host, and a very kind person. He greeted us at the place, and showed us the apartment with a big smile on his face. He was available for us during the entire stay for any suggestions or help we needed. Finally the apartment is very spaciousness, and sparkling clean. All in all, a perfect apartment, in the perfect area, managed by the perfect host! HYGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We had a lovely stay in Limpiddu. Property is exactly as described and it is great to have pool on the doorstep. Apartment is walking distance to a shop, pizzeria and cafe and beaches are just a short drive away. Monica was really helpful, offering suggestions of places to go etc. and was always contactable. Similarly, Marco, who greeted us on site, was also extremely helpful, offering suggestions and any assistance we needed. This is a great base for exploring this beautiful part of Sardinia.
