Portion of an ancient house (stazzu) renovated this year, located near the sea on two levels. From both terraces, both on the upper and lower floors, you can enjoy a wonderful sea view of the Gulf of Puntaldia up to the island of Tavolara and the gulf of San Teodoro.
Sardinia is not just an island, it is an emotion. Watch lufrailidisupra. en.
The house is located in a quiet and private area, just 2 km from the beach. The covered outdoor veranda is very large, continuation of the living area, all around the house there is a large garden with English grass and lots of privacy; also solarium, outdoor shower and bbq area.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a marble shower, a marble vanity top like the entire floor of the house. The finishes of the house and the steps of the internal staircase are in granite.
The master bedroom continues with a magnificent terrace on the second floor, also with marble flooring, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view and romantic sunsets.

On the ground floor there is the living area with a large sofa and a large table to eat inside if you prefer. The kitchen area with marble worktop is equipped with a double fridge, double freezer, oven, dishwasher, kettle and toaster.
The rooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning (and heating).
Externally it is also equipped with a washing machine.
There is care and love for every detail of the home.

THE LOCALITY
LuFraili di Supra is one of the most famous towns of San Teodoro as it is still dotted with old houses all renovated and great elegance and privacy. It is a small naturalistic paradise whose coastline is made up of small sandy coves and placid granite cliffs. The island of Tavolara stands out on the horizon and it is possible to get there by ferry or by renting a boat at the nearby beaches. Every day you can change cove and discover the peculiarities of each. The area is not very windy, so it is possible to enjoy the sea every day with tranquility.
In the nearby town of Punta Aldia it is possible to be in the small square to have an aperitif in front of the marina, participate in musical evenings with exceptional guests, have dinner in high class restaurants. During the day it is possible to use the tennis court, the swimming pool where morning classes are organized, as well as on the beach (aqua gym) and the fabulous and renowned Punta Aldia golf course.
Besides a lot of activities organized for the little ones.
The area where the house is located is a very peaceful residential area of ​​rare beauty, characterized by typical Mediterranean colors, the crystal clear water of its sea and a series of beautiful coves, white sandy beaches, bays and headlands. The ancient flavor of the dwelling and the scents around it will amaze you as well as the colors of its sea and granite.

Excellent hosts

We could not say more about how supportive our hosts were. We had a rental car disaster which meant we were without a car for our arrival and first night. They helped with getting me to the supermarket and that shop lasted for our whole 10 day stay. The house is idealic, close to wonderful places and wonderful to relax in when we did not want to go out. Would definatel stay there again.

Wonderful casa to spend relaxing holidays

We enjoyed two fantastic weeks in this beautiful house. It is located a few meters on the hill with a magnificent view on the sea and Bay Area. That comes along with a lot of privacy and a calm atmosphere. The house is designed with two terraces, where you can enjoy your meals or sunbath on the rooftop. The house is very clean and has a well equipped kitchen with everything you need for great cocking sessions. The owners are amazing and they took great care of us. It felt like staying with friends. This was our second stay and we are looking forward to coming back soon. Thank you for having us.

A week to enjoy Sardinia

We had a very gentle host Miro together with Pia. Gentle welcoming. A beautiful house equipped with all necessary items. Nice bathroom. Lovely bedroom having a nice view to the beach. An amazing place for a holiday

Firstly we were greeted by the view and secondly from our very incredibly friendly house owners, couldn’t of asked for a more heart warming welcome, coffee served and everything to see explained in full, so very grateful for this. The house.......I really can’t find a fault as all was there and all was perfect, important if you are a dog owner the garden is closed which is a god send. All equipment and house decoration just thought out and means you want for nothing as all is there. The terrace is spectacular either mornings or evenings to relax just that bit more. AC and all make it that nice bit of luxury after a day at the beach. Local area and beaches all within a 10 km radius, the view of the beach from the terrace is one we miss. Beaches ( provided info and maps ) are a joy, every day a short drive and you realize why it is Europe’s Caribbean. Again thank you two for our lovely holiday being that much more, we will be planning our next trip and would go back and stay here for sure.

Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus! Lage und Ausstattung entsprechen genau der Beschreibung im Inserat. Es ist alles vorhanden, es fehlt an nichts. Die Umgebung war Anfang September sehr ruhig, und der Ausblick ist traumhaft.Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, Maria Pia und Miro, verläuft unkompliziert und schnell über WhatsApp.In unmittelbarer Nähe ist vieles vorhanden (siehe Internet ).Die letzten Meter zum Haus sind einwenig uneben, aber das ist ein Problem der örtlichen Kommune.

Eine sehr empfehlenswertes Haus.Die Lage und Ausstattung des Hauses ist wie im Inserat beschrieben. Es fehlt wirklich an gar nichts, um sich eine Woche völlig zu entspannen. Es ist ruhig, der Ausblick ist einfach herrlich.Um alles so einfach wie möglich zu erreichen, ist allerdings ein Mietauto empfehlenswert.Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern (Maria Pia und Miro) ist einfach und geht per WhatsApp.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir verbrachten einen traumhaften Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus abgelegen vom Trubel der Hauptverkehrsstraße und dennoch nicht weit entfernt von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand und Restaurants. Von den Vermietern wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt und betreut. Danke an Miro und Pia! Das Haus entspricht vollkommen den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Unser Lieblingsplatz war die überdachte Terrasse mit dem grandiosen Blick auf das Meer. Diese Unterkunft können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Très belle location, conforme à nos attentes, à l'annonce et aux photos. Idéal pour un couple ou un couple avec un enfant. Deux terrasses pour manger au calme dont une abritée s'il y a un peu de vent ou trop de soleil. Periode de début mai idéale pour visiyer l'île et très bonne localisation pour explorer le nord, les plages et les terres. Vue imprenable sur la mer On en redemande et donc, on recommande ! Pia et Miro sont très agréables et de bon conseil si nécessaire. Merci à eux pour cette semaine.

Miro and Maria Pia are such fantastic hosts. We cannot recommend a stay in this beautiful house highly enough. The house is in a wonderful spot with amazing views of sea and mountains from both terraces. It is tastefully decorated and very well equipped for a very comfortable stay. Miro is available immediately should you have any difficulties or queries. We had one minor problem which was fixed very promptly and wine left for the small inconvenience we had. We loved the house, beaches( which are stunning and only a few minutes drive away) so much, we stayed on for another week, unbelievably the house was free, what luck! San Teodoro, an easy 10 minute drive, is a lovely small holiday town with all amenities and again stunning beaches. If you want to get around a car is good but the bus service seemed excellent, although having a car, we didn't have to use it. Olbia is a lovely town to visit with excellent restaurants. Walking in the mountains, swimming in the warm clear seas, all manner of water sports available make this area a real find. Our flight was delayed and Miro and Maria Pia came to see us immediately and insisted we stay on at the house and relax in the sun until it was time to leave. They really are such kind and caring hosts and genuinely wanted us to have a great holiday....we most certainly did and would have no hesitation in returning to this most beautiful house and island. Thank you both for making our stay Sardinian stay so special.

Einzigartiges Ferienhaus als Rückzugsort für wundervolle Ferien

Dieses Haus verbindet raffinierte Architektur mit Natur und Privatsphäre in einer perfekten Lage: 2 Minuten von der Hauptstraße mit dem Auto entfernt, doch gefühlt weit ab und eins mit der Natur und dem grandioser Blick in die Weite und das Meer. Der Einrichtungsstandard ist sehr hoch, die Küche perfekt eingerichtet und lädt zu ausgiebigen Kochsessions ein, die überdachte Terrasse ist der allerschönste Ort diese dann zu essen, während der Blick über die Lagune von La Cinta schweifen kann. Alles ist wunderbar sauber. Die beiden Vermieter sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit und waren immer für uns da. Vielen Dank für diesen besonderen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

das perfekte Ferienhaus

Dieses Ferienhaus ist das mit Abstand beste Ferienhaus in dem wir Urlaub gemacht haben! Es ist sehr gepflegt, sehr gut ausgestattet, in einer hervorragenden Lage und wird von einem sehr sympathischen Ehepaar liebevoll gepflegt. Die Besitzer sind den Gästen gegenüber sehr freundlich, rücksichtsvoll und zuvorkommend. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem wunderschön gelegenen Haus sehr genossen und danken Pia und Miro ganz herzlich und wünschen ihnen alles Gute und noch viele Gäste, die sie mit ihrer Begeisterung für ihre Heimat "anstecken" können. Wunderschönes Haus mit tollen Gastgebern

Auch wir können uns nur den Bewertungen hier anschließen. Das Haus ist gepflegt, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Aussicht und die Lage sind absolut empfehlenswert. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit und stehen jeder Zeit zur Verfügung. Wir haben hier eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht und kommen gerne wieder.

Absolut wunderschön!

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr nah an Top Stränden, ist wunderschön eingerichtet und bietet 2 herrliche Terassen mit Ausrichtung auf die Lagune hinter La Cinta. Der Blick vom.Schöafzimmer ist 1 Mio Euro wert. Die Gastgeber waren sehr sympathisch, haben immer schnell geantwortet bei Fragen. Wir haben sogar einen frischen Apfelkuchen von Ihnen bekommen. Total lieb. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt bei tollen Gastgebern

Das Haus von Pia und Miro entspricht zu 100% der Präsentation bei Fewo-direkt. Es ist in einer sehr ruhigen erholsamen Gegend mit freundlichen Nachbarn gelegen und man hat sowohl im Erdgeschoss wie auch oben im gemütlichen Schlafzimmer Blick auf das Meer. Das Haus ist hübsch eingerichtet, es ist super ausgestattet, man findet alles, was man braucht, sogar Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Fön stehen zur Verfügung. Dass man sich in dem Haus so wohl fühlt, liegt auch an den super Gastgebern, Pia&Miro, die uns herzlich empfangen haben und immer erreichbar oder sofort zur Stelle waren, wenn man Fragen hatte oder etwas fehlte oder organisiert werden musste. Ganz toll fanden wir auch, dass uns die Beiden für unser Baby im Vorfeld extra ein Babybett gekauft haben. Sehr kinderlieb sind die Beiden, so dass man mit Kind hier sehr gut aufgehoben ist. Erwähnt seien auch noch die wunderbare Aussendusche, die sogar über warmes Wasser verfügt, und dass alles sehr gut gepflegt und gereinigt ist, wie beispielsweise die Waschmaschine, die Spülmaschine, der Herd, die Kühlschränke usw., so dass man besten Gewissens und mit einem guten Gefühl alles sofort benutzen kann. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und geben eine 100prozentige Weiterempfehlung und bedanken uns noch einmal für den wundervollen 14tägigen Aufenthalt!!

Sehr schöner Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus

Dieses Haus hält, was es verspricht. Die Ausstattung ist ausgezeichnet und auf dem aktuellen Stand. Die Aussicht ist genial! Schön, dass es neben der Sonnenterasse auch noch die darunter liegende Terasse gibt, die schatten spendet. Hier haben wir sehr schöne Abende verbringen können. Das Vermieter Ehepaar ist besonders freundlich und bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Wir würden gern wieder hinfahren.
