A little bit of paradise

Fantastic place, location was a few minutes from the beach, Marzamemi was just a ten minute walk, and every thing was provided for us. Only neededa toaster and a kettle and they were provided the same day. The property manager was always available if we needed anything.

Stunning property

We stayed for a week with 6 adults and 1 baby. The property was stunning and the property manager was fantastic with great communication. We had an issue with the water where a pump broke but this was sorted incredibly quickly. Only down side the property is far from most amenities, closest decent shop is a 15 min drive. For a relaxing family holiday in the sun it was perfect.

Rustic, peaceful perfection

Sooo much better than the pictures. Right in the nature reserve for bird watching and a lovely beach. Comfortable bed, useful kitchen, washing machine and table in courtyard with pigeons flying in and out to drink at the well. Friendly owners.

A lovely apartment 5 mins from a film-set of a village. Beautiful.

The property is a 5 minute walk from the centre of Marzamemi. A beautiful village with many fabulous restaurants and bars. The house/apartment fronts onto the beach. It’s a very small beach which is nice but with easy access to the sea. The terrace is a beautiful place to relax and unwind. The house is great and is very comfortable and spacious. Patrizia, the host, was most helpful and approachable with many recommendations of places and restaurants to visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Reunion with friends

We were 3 couples who enjoyed the villa with its great pool and outside cooking possibilities. Everything we wanted was present 2 bedrooms with double beds and in room shower etc I bedroom with 2 single beds and a very large bathroom with shower on the opposite site of the hallway. Everything looked nice and the whole property was clean, including the very nice size pool with sun beds. We had a great time and enjoyed both cooking and eating outdoor in the patio as well as visiting nearby fish restaurants. I can only recommend the villa !!

Perfect Paradise

A beautiful place right on a wonderful and uncrowded beach. Lots of outdoor space with options for shade and sun throughout the day, including a little bench to catch the last rays and watch the sunset. Flexible and friendly key handover with great comms and even a nice welcome pack. Recommended.

Stunning! Absolutely perfect!

This villa was perfect in every way. The facilities, the pool and outdoor areas were stunning. We received a very warm welcome and the owner stayed in touch throughout the week checking that all was ok. The best thing about this villa was the small little touches like mosquito plug-ins and sprays, outdoor mosquitoe automatic sprays and some basic toiletries in the bathrooms. We were also greeted with a box of fresh tomatoes and peppers, a tray of crackers and biscuits, a tray of fruit and bottles of water and juice - so thoughtful. The villa and outdoor areas were immaculately clean and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Also an excellent location - quiet and peaceful but not far from the local beaches and towns. Will definitely be going again!!
