The Shoresound is an independent cottage on the beach, inside a small private residence consisting of three villas, forty meters apart, with private access to the sea.

Characterized by elements of architectural trend and by a sober elegance of the furnishings, the house is designed in a successful combination of refined tradition and modernity, halfway between a Parisian foyer and a fisherman's house from the beginning of the century.

Fully air-conditioned, it's internally composed of two double bedrooms, with latex-memory foam mattresses, each with en suite bathroom, living room with kitchenette complete with all accessories, and dining area, another outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, surrounded by a veranda around green and sand, lounge area, satellite TV, microwave, Nespresso machine, sand solarium and a small swimming pool - mini pool for two or four people, High Speed Satellite Wi-fi available on request.

Renovated with the most modern criteria in 2017 but built with the ancient knowledge of the Sicilian fishing villages, it is located a few meters from the shore, with a sea view around and directly bordering the beach.

The Shoresound is made taking into account the strictest principles of environmental respect, perfectly inserted in the context between nature, greenery and sea, exploiting all the potential of the property and the territory and scrupulously respecting its history and destination without changing its shape, perfectly integrating the interior and exterior which are both livable and enjoyable at the same time, each with its differences, the internal part for approximately 45 m2, the external part for approximately 400; the exterior consists of 120 square meters of walkable and equipped veranda, 80 square meters of veranda in a green area and 300 square meters of sand garden with native vine overlooking the sea and solarium area, all in a charming atmosphere.

Ideal for four people, it can possibly accommodate up to six: the four places of the two double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom, it is possible to add two beds with the use of the sofa beds in the living room. It has two parking spaces.
