Wonderful hosts, perfect location, comfortable and beautiful villa with lovely heated swimming pool and all amenities for all ages.

What a WONDERFUL WEEK!

Absolutely beautiful villa in every way. The property is equipped and maintained to the highest standard without exception. The outdoor cooking space made it perfect for evenings on the terrace with views over Buti and the surrounding area. The pool is amazing - we struggled to get the children (and grown ups) out of it! The location is perfect for access to so many ‘must see’ places. We visited Lucca, Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Florence and Cinque Terre during our stay. Some of our family also took a trip to Rome by train from Pisa. Our stay was to celebrate a special occasion as a family and a local chef recommended by Marco came and cooked us a wonderful, authentic Italian meal. Marco is the most welcoming and gracious host and went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely perfect. Can’t recommend this beautiful villa highly enough!

It's been 19 years since we last went to San Gimignano, not much has changed - the same beautiful town. All logistics (check in/check out etc) were very smooth and relaxed. The location was fabulous for us, nice and quiet but only a short drive to the town. Parking has always been a problem, but if you go early/late you can get the best spaces. The pool was very welcome given it was 39 degrees most days of our stay. Id definitely recommend and hope to be back one day.

We stayed two weeks for our joint 70th birthdays, with old friends the first week and family the second week. The villa is ideally located for sight-seeing in Florence or roamimg about Tuscany. It has a lovely setting in a small valley south of the Pitti Palace, with a country view from the covered patio. The bedrooms are pleasant with comfortable beds and individual bathrooms. The kitchen and dining room were well equipped. Our housekeeper came in most days and was very pleasant and unobtrusive. We commented that Villa Fontanine was the perfect place to return after a day touring such a magnificent city and region in Italy.

Very nice little flat. Warm, very comfortable mattresses and linen, plenty of hot water. Location could not be any better; right in the middle of everything. The host recommended a restaurant, Trattoria Antellesi, which turned out to be friendly with great food and super wine.

We spent an amazing 2 weeks this summer at Casa Bianca. The property was clean, modern and had a lovely swimming pool which was cleaned every day by Luca and we spent most of our time in there as it was very hot during our visit. Marica and Luca were great hosts and were always available if we had any questions, especially booking us some of the amazing local restaurants. The property is a 10 minute drive from the Coop supermarket and also close to beautiful villages such as San Miniato and Palaia, which both had some great restaurants to eat out. We were also able to drive to the beach for the day and it’s also possible to catch a train to both Pisa and Florence. I would recommend this property to anyone and we are planning to go back again! Perfect apartment in beautiful location. Stunning pool with vieews across to Volterra. Minor problem with the plumbing that was sorted out immediately. Apartment is bigger than the photos suggest - the ceiling is at least 10 feet high. Aparfment very well equipped.
