Holiday rentals near Florence Baptistery

The apartment is spacious, very clean and well maintained and at least as impressive as the photos depict.Hosts were extremely helpful before, during and at the end of our stay with information, recommendations and help with reservations/tacis. Not the cheapest accom in Florence but really good value. Would definitely return.

Very nice little flat. Warm, very comfortable mattresses and linen, plenty of hot water. Location could not be any better; right in the middle of everything. The host recommended a restaurant, Trattoria Antellesi, which turned out to be friendly with great food and super wine.

We have used vrbo on many occasions and have to say this was our finest apartment. The location was perfect, near the center. There was a ice cream shop,sandwich shop,a wine window,a supermarket all within walking distance. I can gladly say we will use the apartment again and will recommend our friends to look at using this apartment it is absolutely perfect for a holiday in florence

We all loved the apartment, especially having the rooftop terrace and the location, which was fantastic. There was nothing better than sitting overlooking the sites first thing in the morning with a cup of tea. The apartment had lots of space. The kitchen was sufficient for what we needed. It was great to have two bathrooms. Just outside the apartment door was a supermarket and lots of others shops and restaurants, so really central to everything, not forgetting the Duomo on the doorstep. Sandro and Francesco greeted us on arrival. They were lovely and so friendly. Sandro showed us around and had even left us a bottle of wine. Sandro also kept in touch during our stay to make sure everything was ok. We hope very much to return. I can't recommend the apartment enough.

Eleonora is a very generous host. Apartment very well equipped, spotlessly clean and spacious. The location could not be bettered. We were delighted to make a return visit. 100% satisfied

It is the best location by far in Florence. Beds v comfortable and air con to die for. When you are on the terrace, it's lovely to hear the hubbub of the streets below. The bells are loud in the morning but you are right by them!! Nothing can be done about the stairs though. But I do think it should be clearer in the description that there are 3 flights of stairs. 2 before you get to the lift and one inside the apartment before you get to the main floor. They are steep but you are a fit person then you will have no problem. However, anyone with any mobility issues should think rice as the are narrow and quie steep. The issues that can be sorted are the ant and WiFi issues. Re ants. This is, I am sure known about,as there is a can of ant killer in the kitchen. They sadly were a problem. The other issue was the WiFi on the terrace. None....?strange. However, for location, it cannot be beat.

Great location with quality facilities and all modern conveniences in a lovely building. 2 mins to Medici chapel, 5 minutes to Duomo, Baptistry and Giottos tower with a wide selection of quality restaurants and bars right on your doorstep. Would go back without any hesitation. Great hosts too, available, helpful and friendly.

We Were met by Salvatore, he showed us around and gave us loads of information about the area which was great. Irene was great for communication also, anything we needed she would always help straight away. The view from the property is amazing, at the evening times you can see the duomo with all the lights looks amazing. I really recommend this property, right in the heart of Florence.
