Fantastic family friendly accommodation. We went with our one year old and they couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was excellent. Could not recommend more highly.

Absolutely beautiful villa in every way. The property is equipped and maintained to the highest standard without exception. The outdoor cooking space made it perfect for evenings on the terrace with views over Buti and the surrounding area. The pool is amazing - we struggled to get the children (and grown ups) out of it! The location is perfect for access to so many ‘must see’ places. We visited Lucca, Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Florence and Cinque Terre during our stay. Some of our family also took a trip to Rome by train from Pisa. Our stay was to celebrate a special occasion as a family and a local chef recommended by Marco came and cooked us a wonderful, authentic Italian meal. Marco is the most welcoming and gracious host and went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely perfect. Can’t recommend this beautiful villa highly enough!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in Tuscany. What a beautiful place! We loved the quiet peacefulness and the house was perfect for 15 of us. During the daytime you can use the perfect pool or take a sunbath on sun loungers. Great location to visit Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca & Sienna. The hosts Daniela & Danielle were amazing and nothing was a problem. Highly recommended! Thank you :)))

The house is very spacious and outside spaces are great; fruit trees, breathtaking views, great walks. All of this for a great deal. Serena, the host has been great throughout the whole process. The restaurants nearby are of high quality, shopping not so close but while on holiday you can organise yourself. A car is necessary for all duties. The seaside is a good drive away, we stayed in Torre del Lago free beaches and enjoyed it. Close to one hour away. Don’t waste time going towards Pisa for the sea, the beaches aren’t so great there. Lovely restaurant 2 minutes walk. Would definitely return. Highly recommended to this in need of space and nature. Only downside there was no washing machine, and the local automatic laundry is expensive (16€ for a small load) and needs a 10 minutes drive to get there. So if you stay 2 weeks with a family of 6, it could be a bit of an issue.

An absolutely beautiful property with owners and a property manager who genuinely make your holiday as relaxing as possible. The villa is exquisite and the setting stunning. I wouldn’t fault it in anyway!

What a delightful spot in the Tuscan countryside. Secluded but not remote. The hillside town of Chianni only 5 minutes away. The Villa is beautifully restored to a very high standard and sits comfortably on large plot with vineyards and olive groves. Inside the villa has been tastefully decorated and the well appointed kitchen has all you need to cook tasty pasta dishes from the local ingredients . The air-conditioned interior including the bedrooms guarantees comfortable night sleep whatever the weather. Outside there is a covered porch with a large dining table where we ate everyday ,making use of there wood fired barbecue on number of occasions ,sipping tuscan wine till late into the night . The pool close to the villa has easy access down a series of steps and has views across the Tuscan hills towards Lajatico and Volterra. Supermarkets are only 20 minutes away . Conad at La Capannina and Coop at Peccioli are both well stocked but you can get bread and basics from the shops in Chianni. There are many restaurants within 30 Minutes of the villa. We visited the "Bocelli Cantina" at La Sterza and "Il Due Lago" for great pizza and pasta . We also had a great evening in Lajatico at "Da Nello" and a lovely meal at "Locanda Di Gallo" in Chianni. We were met by our host Giacomo and his father Carlo. They are most welcoming and very responsive to queries and needs. Thank you Carlo for the verdura and vino, belissimo. Beautiful location and great host, Cecilia was great with communication and making us feel welcome sorting out a few small issues as we asked.

The apartment had everting we needed for our stay. The location was excellent - close to restaurants, the fabulous Market Hall, and the port and sea front. The balcony made the location by the canal very special - lovely to sit out and relax with a coffee or a glass of wine. Our host went out of his way to make us welcome and couldn’t have been more helpful. I’d highly recommend this apartment and a visit to Livorno.
