This was a special event made even better by the beautiful house and Monica's great cooking and hosting. Stunning views and beautiful rooms. Monica welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed, she couldn't have been nicer. We also arranged for her to cook a celebration meal one night which was exceptional, genuine local products, her own cheese and a real flavour of Tuscan cookery. I can't recommend this place and Monica enough.

Happy to recommend Simona's property. An excellent location as a base to visit the surrounding area and beyond...and just to walk out of the door and enjoy walks in the immediate locality. A very comfortable apartment to return to and spend time in... it's a great location in Aquilea. Supermarket close by... and a ' negozio alimentari' and bar in Aquilea ( unfortunately the owners went on holiday the day I arrived, so cannot comment further ). Simona is very helpful re local information and potential sightseeing.

Absolutely beautiful villa in every way. The property is equipped and maintained to the highest standard without exception. The outdoor cooking space made it perfect for evenings on the terrace with views over Buti and the surrounding area. The pool is amazing - we struggled to get the children (and grown ups) out of it! The location is perfect for access to so many ‘must see’ places. We visited Lucca, Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Florence and Cinque Terre during our stay. Some of our family also took a trip to Rome by train from Pisa. Our stay was to celebrate a special occasion as a family and a local chef recommended by Marco came and cooked us a wonderful, authentic Italian meal. Marco is the most welcoming and gracious host and went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely perfect. Can’t recommend this beautiful villa highly enough!

This will be a very dull read! It's our third stay here and it just gets better and better! It feels like home but in one of the most lovely parts of beautiful Toscana. Nothing is missing from the house that you'd need and Isabella just keeps adding super 'extras'. Stay here and I can guarantee that you will have a beautiful and memorable experience, and I'll bet that you'll return!

This is an absolute gem of a property, and Stefania is a fabulous host! We weren’t sure of our arrival time but Stefania was flexible and worked around us, giving us a warm welcome when we arrived. The property is only 40 minutes’ drive from Pisa airport, so we were able to spend time sightseeing in Pisa without worrying about a lengthy or difficult drive ahead. The property is just off a well-used road and has a couple of other properties nearby, so expect some road noise and dog barking, but this didn’t bother us, and we liked the convenience. Supermarkets, restaurants and takeaway pizza are all less than 10 minutes’ drive away, and the house is really well equipped for cooking (although short on counter space). The house itself was an absolute joy – there are two terraces, and sunbeds you can easily move around the garden to find shade/sun at any point in the day. Having the pool is great – and the views over nearby town Lucca and the mountains when you’re swimming are breathtaking. We drove to Lucca one day (about 15 minutes), a lovely place to spend a day wandering round. And the characterful hilltop village of Montecarlo is well worth a visit. We also spent a day driving in the nearby mountains. Definitely not for the faint-hearted! But there are some lovely mountain villages and peaceful woodlands to explore. This was our first visit to Italy, and we couldn’t have wished for a lovelier place to stay, or a more helpful host - thanks Stefania!

We spent an amazing 2 weeks this summer at Casa Bianca. The property was clean, modern and had a lovely swimming pool which was cleaned every day by Luca and we spent most of our time in there as it was very hot during our visit. Marica and Luca were great hosts and were always available if we had any questions, especially booking us some of the amazing local restaurants. The property is a 10 minute drive from the Coop supermarket and also close to beautiful villages such as San Miniato and Palaia, which both had some great restaurants to eat out. We were also able to drive to the beach for the day and it’s also possible to catch a train to both Pisa and Florence. I would recommend this property to anyone and we are planning to go back again! This place is just wonderful and Massimo is THE BEST host. The place doesn't have air conditioning, but don't let that put you off. We stayed there when it was unusually hot and it was still cool enough inside to sleep. The windows are all fitted with screens, so you can have the window without worry of insects getting in. The house has everything you can possibly need. Loved it. There's not a thing we would change!

Elisa and her family have a beautiful apartment for you to stay in, set in a gorgeous garden with a private outdoor area, table and chairs (parasol for shade) and charcoal BBQ at your disposal. The space is accessed via steps outside, you enter a large kitchen/dining area which is lovely and cool, with everything you need. The bathroom is also large with a nice shower, and the bedroom is also perfect and cool with a large bed. Elisa has been the perfect host from the very first email communication, and during our stay she was on hand to provide invaluable advice (for example where to park to get the tram into Florence - just 1 Euro for the day!). I have nothing negative to say at all - this is a 5* review!
