Fantastic stay in beautiful property . Best villa we’ve stayed in and we’ve stayed in many. Good bathrooms and good kitchen equipment here .These two things have let other properties down. Nice quality glassware and cutlery , not the usual mismatch. Villa is in peaceful location , yet handy for the lovely town of Montepulciano and its restaurants and supermarket . Excellent, easy communication with Mariecristina . Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa in Tuscany. The terrace and pool are particularly amazing features. Excellent communication before hand about the property and check in and the lovely and extremely helpful Davide was available during the stay.

We had high expectations all of which were met and more.

The property was exactly as shown in the listing, but if anything it was better because the location could only be fully appreciated when you are there. The location was perfect, the house was perfect, set in a beautiful garden and the weather got hotter and hotter ! Though thanks to the elevation it remained cool enough to enjoy the sunshine, we had no rain for 3 weeks ! Marta & Marco were the perfect hosts, offering help when required, but leaving us with plenty of privacy. Altogether it was a fantastic stay with lots of wonderful memories to look back on.

Beautiful hillside location and welcoming, friendly host. The property was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean and comfortable. The gardens were gorgeous with always a place to relax in sun or shade. Loved the roof- top terrace with the view. Fabrizio, the host, was most helpful and has a good stock of wine and other essentials if needed. Highly recommended.

Everything about our stay was excellent from the welcome by Nicoletta to the frequent information and checks by Luca, the host, that all was OK. The cottage is newly renovated tastefully and situated in a private corner of the estate with great views. It has a small kitchen area equipped for self-catering for two. I would definitely recommend this attractive accommodation to anyone who appreciates a quiet stay in the countryside.
