Nice location, flat walk into Ventnor sea front, clean and comfortable. Haylie the host, was easy to contact and very helpful.

Sue and Paul’s property is a perfect location for a young family holiday (2 and 4 yo children). The heated swimming pool is the ideal size for little swimmers, and the lodge has everything you need. The garden is kept beautifully and the children enjoyed the fish pond and playing on the decking. It’s ideally located, within a short distance of Fishbourne ferry port, and easy driving distance from everything the island has to offer. Sue and Paul were also the loveliest hosts. They were communicative, helpful and friendly. We will be coming again!!

Absolutely wonderful. We stayed in the Old Stable which was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The owners, Dan and Bec were fantastic, friendly and very helpful with a great knowledge of places to go and eat. The pool was absolutely perfect, set in a beautifully maintained garden. We will definitely return. We highly recommend Lyon Court as a great location and holiday in the Isle of Wight.

Such a cute little hut, everything you need is there. Amazing sun rise to be seen from the hut in the mornings. So peaceful. Enough garden for the kids to enjoy safely. Thank you Tom for a brilliant stay we’ve thoroughly enjoyed our week on the island

Had a truly wonderful time relaxing at this gorgeous home away from home. It was extremely clean, quiet and a great base to adventure from each day. The hosts provided lots of essentials and some lovely extras to enable us to relax at home after a day out. There’s plenty of space to relax and watch the squirrels and have a nice homemade meal with island produce. Having stayed at a similar property in previous years this definitely beat it by a far!

On arrival we found milk in the fridge, and biscuits on the table which was a nice touch. There was emergency contact details on the fridge, and wifi details. Well appointed property, close to Shanklin Chine, beach, amusements, restaurants, chippy and crazy golf. The property was very clean, (and this is from someone who is OCD about cleanliness), and well equipped. If I was to suggest one improvement, it would be useful to have a top cupboard in the kitchen for food storage. The only downside to this property is that it is an upstairs flat and there isn't a lift. So wouldn't recommend for anyone with severe mobility issues, everyone else I would say, go for it.

Stayed for 2 nights with our 2 pugs. Cabin was exactly as described. Weather was terrible so had takeaways rather thsn outside cooking facilities. Cabin and enclosed patio are small but perfect for break and right on seafront so location is spot on. Sharon the host was lovely and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay again if in area. Bonus points for bathroom toiletries which were 10/10!
