Check-in process was seamless, we had a room as soon as arrived and was perfectly ready. The manager at reception was amazing, very friendly and welcoming, he went above and beyond, arranged taxis for us whenever we needed to go and also was very responsive on WhatsApp so he helped us with return taxis. The taxi drivers linked to this property were all amazing and very friendly. We actually by chance witnessed the rooms getting cleaned one day and noticed the high quality of attention and time put in by the staff to clean every inch of the rooms to the highest standard. The staff were amazing, Ayah was exceptional when she gave a mindfulness hamam to my 9yr old boy. She took great care in ensuring he was comfortable throughout the experience. Home was very friendly, spoke fantastic English and hosted us for breakfast and the cooking class. I highly recommend the cooking class, it was definitely an experience of a lifetime. The out is the best tagine in Morocco. I have to thank every staff from management to service for an amazing experience. We are looking forward to returning

We had an amazing stay at riad Beldi,All the staff were super helpful it was very clean and the breakfast was great!! The area was daunting at first in the old Medina. Be aware there are no local supermarkets for refreshments or alcohol. The showers were very temperamental. Would like to thank Abdullah for keeping us safe at night and making all the coffees!! Also a big thankyou to syed who helped book all our excursions and transport. Always smiling and very happy to help.We couldn't have done without him. Lovely riad, clean, comfortable, breakfast included, pleasant staff, good location - 15 minutes walk to souk, museum, restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed being able to experience a lovely Riad in a quiet neighborhood which was also quite accessible to the Medina. Mostapha could not have been more helpful. So willing with a great smile on his face to help us with logistics, organizing tours and giving very helpful advice. Zakia is a wonderful cook and we thoroughly enjoyed our authentic Moroccan dishes for breakfast and dinner. Everyone we interacted with were absolute all stars and would gladly stay again!

Had a super week in this gorgeous villa. Location to Marrakesh and the Atlas Mountains on your doorstep. Villa was set in beautiful tranquil location, the grounds, especially the pools, were stunning. Staff on hand were excellent, very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here.
