Pendeen rentals with pool

Wow, what a house. Plenty of room with four bedrooms, three bathroom/shower rooms, big lounge, dinning room, kitchen, utility the house has everything you need and much much more. And of course, the garden, with loads of seating areas and the heated pool. Superb. Utterly superb.Ken (host) is a very nice bloke, ultra helpful, top host.A location with proper off street parking is a real gem in St Ives and its location between St Ives and Carbis Bay is spot on. You can walk into St Ives (20 minutes all downhill) and get a taxi back up the hill!Porthminster Beach is 7 minutes walk, again all downhill. The wonderful Carbis Bay beach and hotel with its beach front restaurants and bars is a 4 minute drive. Decent sized Tesco is 3 minutes drive away for provisions. M&S food is 10 mins drive away. And obviously you have loads of nice food places in St Ives. Be it restaurants or takeaways, or butchers or bakers.Loved the house. Loved the town. Loved Cornwall!

Great house for a stay to explore St Ives. Lovely pool complex to access. Property very well appointed. Only slight downside is building site behind but it seems on hold so was very quiet.

The cottage was perfectly equiped, we had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was always prompt and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Wonderful property, with everything you could wish for and more. Great base to explore but also stay and relax, a real home from home. Great football pitch which made three boys very happy and access to the wonderful pool for a refreshing dip. Very clean with a well equipped kitchen but also with pubs and restaurant in walking distance if cooking is not your thing. Can’t wait to return.

This property was amazing. It did not disappoint. There was a wonderful view over Porthminster Beach. This exceptionally clean apartment was 5 star - such attention to detail including a lovely welcome pack. Thank you. Would definitely recommend. The only thing that might be an issue for some people. There is no lift and being the Penthouse on the third floor there are quite a few stairs to climb. The communication with the management company was excellent too.

Stunning apartment in a great location, the view from the balcony was amazing and the apartment itself is luxury with grand, tall ceilings and sea views from the living room and master bedroom. The views from the master bedroom especially were spectacular. I suggest opening the sash windows slightly before sleeping to enjoy the sound of the waves at night. The parking space is located to the front of the property just below the stairwell entrance which is a rare thing in St Ives and a massive boon. Cleanliness was perfect. Plenty of decent utensils for cooking etc. I couldn’t fault our stay and highly recommend a visit. You are poised on the main road into St Ives so you may notice road noise initially but that soon fades and you can rarely find a place without road traffic due to the nature of the town. Thank you for having us, we loved it and look forward to staying again!

We stayed as a family of 4 (kids are 9 and 6) and had a great time. The apartment was nice and modern feeling with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a nice sized balcony. The access road is very narrow and I was nervous using it as I have a fairly large car (BMW 5 Series) but managed to use the road without the sensors pinging at me. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and is situated just a 5 minute walk from Porthminster beach and a 15 minute walk from the shops and restaurants in central St Ives. As this is a 2nd floor apartment there are approx 32 steps to ascend which is a challenge with suitcases, however I’m a 15 stone, 46 year old man and i managed without too much difficulty. Elderly people may struggle however. The showers were great, good water pressure and it’s so handy to have a washing machine and dishwasher. I would absolutely return to this apartment in the future and wholeheartedly recommend it.

Beautiful property in an incredibly location. Sadly we couldn't fully appreciate it as we had an a family emergency. Katherine couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating, communication was brilliant. Hopefully we can return to fully enjoy the property and the views
