Godalming rentals with pool

We loved our stay at the Fernden cottage, and will book it again! Milly and Ed who own the place are wonderful hosts and the cottage is a gem! It's beautifully designed and well furnished / equipped. There are a lot of great walks to do around the cottage and it's pet friendly too. The access to the tennis court and the pool was also a huge plus. Would highly recommend!

We had a family weekend away to all be together to help celebrate a 75th birthday. This big family house and barn, set in a stunning South Downs location was perfect for our group ages 6-75. Teenagers and younger children found plenty to amuse themselves with in the house and garden, and Chichester and Midhurst were within easy travelling distance. Everyone enjoyed the house which was full of charm, history and character, and the huge garden with lovely views. The large dining table perfect for a family celebration. Our hosts made us feel very welcome.

Located near lots of good walks. Wifi was decent for working. Was 30 degrees when we were there so the top bedrooms were unbearably hot but i shouldnt think this is normally a problem. Great communication with the owner all the way through. Well stocked house in terms of cooking pots/pans and spices/salt/pepper etc.. really nice outdoor spaces .

Host was very accommodating. Arrived to find a plate of home made brownies waiting in the kitchen. Treat! Stunning house. Very well laid out and nicely decorated. Beautiful artworks. Views of the rolling hills from the newly built conservatory were breathtaking. Had an amazing bbq dinner then enjoyed a dip in the pool afterwards. Didn't get a chance to use to tennis courts which was in top condition though. Overall one my my best home away from home stays. Highly recommend.

We stayed in the Old Barn and could not have been happier. Gorgeous, immaculate, cozy - a home away from home. The tennis courts, pool, gardens and putting green are fantastic and the location in Sutton Green brilliant. Highly recommend this property and we will be back 👍

Lovely Comfortable house, perfect for our group with all en-suite bathrooms. Perfect location with everything all within walking distance. House was well equipped with all that we needed. The pool was fantastic and was used every day - we were extremely lucky with the weather. Quiet and secluded just what we needed for a relaxing break. Owners were very helpful and discreet. Would stay again.

We spent 4 nights, 11 people including children. The house is amazing, had everything we needed. The pool was great fun and a highlight of our stay. Close to town for pubs and shops, as well as nature walks. A wonderful place to spend time with loved ones in a special location away from the hustle and bustle.
