Brilliant stay

We had an amazing stay at Orchard Paddocks. The property is absolutely stunning. Beautiful inside and out. Sarah and her family were so lovely and kind. They were available for any questions we had. We would love to go back for another stay in the future.

Great place in the english country side

We loved our stay. The location was great for us to explore england. About an hour to London downtown (drive to Guildford, then take the train). The house was great for us (6 Adults, 2 Kids). The host was great too, and very helpful. The property was great to relax. The photos definitely don’t overstate the picturesqueness of the place.

Nice place in the countryside

Located near lots of good walks. Wifi was decent for working. Was 30 degrees when we were there so the top bedrooms were unbearably hot but i shouldnt think this is normally a problem. Great communication with the owner all the way through. Well stocked house in terms of cooking pots/pans and spices/salt/pepper etc.. really nice outdoor spaces .

Lovely setting

We stayed with family at this lovely property to attend our son's wedding. It was perfect for our needs. The covered outside seating areas meant we were able to enjoy the beautiful gardens in all weathers. The kitchen/dining area was a favorite spot and the well-equipped kitchen enabled us to prepare favorite meals. Bedrooms were very comfortable and we really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the location. Sarah and Dieter were wonderful hosts and very flexible. Sarah even ensured that we had basic provisions when we arrived. We highly recommend this property.

Wonderful and relaxing visit in a beautiful part of England

A wonderful, tranquil setting with lovely gardens and a very good layout of rooms and bathrooms. Superbly equipped kitchen and living areas. So good not to be over-looked by the nearby properties which (to be honest) you couldn't really see anyway. Very close to Guildford and other "big-town" amenities and yet felt as out in the country as if you were up in the lakes.
