Holiday rentals near Falesia Beach

Fantastic villa would highly recommend it, has fabulous facilities as listed and Sandra was a great host.

If you want a villa.in a prime location which is spacious, clean, with all mod cons and period touches, this is the holiday home for you. 2 mins walk to the nearest supermarket, 5 mins to the nearest beach, 10 mins to the Strip and 15 mins to the Old Town. Helena was a tremendous host and nothing was to much trouble...great communication. If you wish to visit the lovely resort of Albufeira this is for you. We will be back!

I will summarise the best I can about the Villa: 1. What you see in the picture is the same if not better live. Everything is so well kept that is indistinguishable; 2. Everything inside the house is great quality: Oven, washing machine, dryer, aircon, cable TV, etc; 3. On the aircon, there is no limit on the usage as I have seen before in other properties which I'll never return; 4. If nice and quiet is what you want the house has the perfect location. Restautants, market, city, etc are all around 5 to 15 min from the house; 5. Only thing you may need to take is your speaker for some music. 6. There are 3 Fridges! Beers always cold.

My wife, young daughter, and parents stayed here for a week in early April, during the school holidays. It is a beautiful house, spacious and very well equipped, and the pool, which is heated, was perfect for us to enjoy, with my daughter getting lots of swimming practice! The weather was lovely, sunny but not too hot, 21 degrees or so most days, so the heated pool was a great benefit, as the nights were cooler so the water would have been cold without the heating. The location is very good - a quiet residential street but only 5 minutes from a big Aldi and 10-15 minutes walk (or about 3 minutes drive) from the main bars and 'strip'. The marina of Albufeira was about 12 minutes or so drive away and I would recommend - some nice places to eat and drink and lots of boat trips and so on. We went on an excellent trip and saw lots of dolphins!

Firstly Thank-you for having us 😍 Gorgeous apartment with everything you could ask for , spacious kitchen good utensils and crockery and glasses The apartment itself was spotless and check in went smoothly , we were greeted at the apartment by a rep who showed us everything we needed to know inside and left details if we needed any help Location is perfect , pool great and plenty of beds Beautiful little supermarket on site Pool towels can be rented for the week and they also arranged our taxi pickups to and from airport for an extra charge with our lovely driver Victor Little welcome pack on arrival was perfect touch and we loved the wine Thankyou Just loved the whole holiday due to having this gorgeous spacious apartment with balcony overlooking the marina which gets the sun intensely late afternoon and the added bonus of having sun beds there . Our family of 3 returned to Apt.J again this year as we enjoyed it so much last year. Mark arranged our private transfer from the airport which made it hassle free (especially with a toddler). We were able to get in to the apartment early as no one had been staying the day before. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the beds and travel cot were all made up ready. Our little one absolutely loved the pool area and being on the ground floor it was such easy access. We love that the complex never feels too crowded and is in a quiet area of vilamoura. Mark was very helpful with queries we had during our stay and I couldn’t fault his communication with us prior to the holiday either. A stress free and very relaxing holiday! Just what we needed.
