Sardinia resorts

We spent three nights there, and all of them were amazing; the homemade breakfast with traditional Sardinian ingredients and typical dishes was delicious. The area has a lot of activities, such as visiting the local museum, Tharros archaeological ruins, flamencos, beaches with quartz sand, and so on. Sa Pintadera Residence is highly recommended. We will repeat it over and over.

The host was exceptionally helpful and kind, he was very accommodating of our requests. He was very responsive. The property however is very compact/small which is ok for two people at a push. The kitchen area is modern and the balcony sufficient. We liked having the communal outdoor shower which was better than the shower in the property. The bathroom is not great I’m afraid, the water was just a trickle but a little better when the plumber came to help. The shower is very small. Just one thing - The bed needs replacing as the springs make a loud noise every time you move. This property itself does not have its own garden like others on site as it is on the first floor, there is a communal grass area. Washing machines are communal and on site €4 for a large load. We enjoyed the experience of staying in Costa Paradiso, with its shops, restaurants and nearby beach. The photos of this villas poolside terrace don't do it justice. It's a fantastic, well maintained and relaxing spot with a great view and a frontrow seat as the sun sets over the sea. The villa itself is clean, cool and pleasant. The kitchen facilities allow for simple home-cooked dinners. Sajid is a superb host, and his tour of Costa Paradiso is excellent and imperative. He was always available to help and arranged for us to hire a boat from the port. (Note: in addition to the hire fee, there is an additional fuel levy.) When we stayed both ATMs in Costa Paradiso were down over the weekend and some of the smaller shops only accept cash. Overall, the view from the villa is worth the visit alone and Sajid ensured we were looked after during our stay. We look forward to revisiting.
