Arc-1950 ski-in/ski-out rentals

This is by far one of the best privately owned properties we’ve stayed in. From start to finish the contact with Jim has been efficient and informative. Extremely helpful when booking direct with an owner. The property is exactly as described yet I was still blown away with how at home we felt as soon as we arrived.Our children (6&9) loved their room and skiing to the front door was a daily excitement. Access to the swimming pool meant we had some downtime in the sunshine whilst they amused themselves in the pool. Everything you need is a stones throw, which if you’ve never been to Arcs 1950, is not an exaggeration. A huge thank you to Jim for allowing us to use his lovely home and we will be back as soon as we can.

We have stayed in various flats in Arc 1950, and this one was by far the best. Lots of space and the highlight was a great view across the piste from the sunny balcony at the end of the day

We stayed in Rebecca’s apartment for one week in March, it is ideally located in 1950 for all the bars and restaurants, with only a short walk to the gondola to Arcs 2000.The apartment was clean and spacious, with all the amenities you need for living in comfort.Thank you for a fantastic stay, we will be back!!

A great apartment in a great location with ski in ski out. Communication with owner was great with all details given to provide an easy arrival and great stay. If staying in arcs 1950 again would love to use the apartment

This is our third stay in Arc 1950 and our first in this apartment. The apartment is exactly as described and has plenty of space for a family of four. Kitchen is small but we managed to cook simple meals (burgers, steak & chips) with the hob and micro/grill oven and the dishwasher made clearing up easy afterwards. Location is excellent, easy to drive to and the apartment is close to the lift and easy to get to the ski locker room. There are two ski lockers, which means plenty of storage space for skis, boots, etc. It really is ski in and ski out with skis on and off within 10m of the ski locker room. William is a great host and communicated very well before our holiday and checked during the stay that everything was ok. One of the heaters was not working when we arrived, but was fixed within a day of reporting it. Would definitely consider booking again if we come back to Les Arcs in future. The apartment is newly decorated in very good taste. Everything is bright, comfortable and as described. There is free access to the fitness area in sources de Marie (with jacuzzi and sauna) and Auberge Jerome ( outdoor pool and jacuzzi, sauna and steam room). The apartment gets sun in the morning. The underground parking is spacious and convenient. The communication with David was also perfect. Thanks for a great week.
