Really perfect location with a well equipped kitchen and a very large balcony. Good communication and superb views of the sea. Shops and restaurants a few minutes walk away. Thank you.

Small but perfectly laid out. Direct access to the beach and a view of a fantastic sunrise every morning. Having the sun on the terrace whilst eating our breakfast was ideal for us.

La Gaviota is a lovely little bungalow in the perfect place. Beautiful patio area with sun loungers & comfy chairs with the added bonus of the use of the owners pool. The bungalow has everything you need and is nicely furnished. Comfortable bed, very important!!Shops, bars & restaurants are a few mins walk away. The beautiful beach is a 15-20 min walkBus stop to Morro Jable & Jandia 5 min walkAnnabella is a lovely lady and strives to make your stay the best she can, not forgetting her partner Gerald who was also very helpful.in providing info re restaurants, directions etc & was readily available if we had any problemsWe had a wonderful three weeks stay and will certainly return

Fantastic apartment which was well maintained within a great location for all amenities

We had a great week at Casa Ary. The location is very rural and quiet. The villa is well equipped and comfortable. Pool was a reasonable temperature at this time (June) for swimming. Good location for reaching southern beaches. Beach at Sotavento is great for relaxing and swimming. Beach at La Pared is worth a visit but sea is too strong for swimming. Little bar in the village is good for a drink and a simple meal - very cheap. Andres was very helpful and answered any questions very quickly. Overall a good value villa
