Great townhouse property. Great location, near beach and restaurants. Very helpful with check in. Very well maintained, clean property with lots of kitchen equipment. Couldn't ask for more!!

Very central location, handy for the waterfront, restaurants and bars. Super spacious apartment. Alberto was super helpful and accommodating of our travel plans. Would certainly stay again.

The apartment was very well maintained and was a short walk to the shops.It is located in a quite side road and has the sun all day making it an enjoyable stay.

We had a terrific week in Gonzalo & Ana's villa. It had everything we needed, plus a excellent pool in the garden. Gonzalo & Ana were very welcoming when they met us and the property was very clean and well equipped. It's a great base for exploring the Northern coast of Spain. We went to Bilbao, Burgos and Haro during our visit, each providing a different experience of Northern Spain and its culture. Thank you so much Gonzalo & Ana.

Pablo’s house is situated in a very quiet suburb of Santander, perfect as a base for travelling or indeed for enjoying staying in for sunbathing and BBQing. Northern Spain has fantastic scenery and Estudio 12 was equally fantastic.

The property is located at the coast with a beautiful view to the ocean. We had everything we needed during our stay.
