I have stayed in the property previously with the same 8 people . Location on El Portet excellent for all of the travelling party.the villa is fab and super clean on arrival. We will be back have stayed in many villas in Moraira area over the last 20 plus yearsthis is the only villa we return too.

We had a wonderful time. The villa was fantastic with excellent amenities. Maike was a superb manager responding to any queries immediately. We were a large party but still were able to find our own spaces.

Just returned from a great trip to Moraira. The Villa was in excellent condition and clean. The pool & games area was brilliant for the family. The owner very helpful during our stay and available for any queries. Will definitely return.

From start to finish our host Anne was available to answer any questions as was Leigh-Anne. The villa was superb in decor and location with everything we could possibly need and then a bit more! Can’t recommend this beautiful villa enough

Having stayed in the moraira area many times over the years, this is one of the best villas out there.
Great indoor space with a massive kitchen.
Fabtastic outdoor space with large lawn, nice pool and covered area to get out of the sun when required....and an outside toilet!
Its a short, but steep walk down to the beach, and a managable walk into moraira along the coast.
Ian was a fantastic host, who replied promptly to all enquiries.

located close to the town, supermarkets and within easy walking distance of both beaches. Property is very good with 3 double bedrooms and one twin room, all have ensuites or close bathroom. Downstairs kitchen is ideal for food by the pool and 2 good BBQ. Plenty of seating areas in and out of the shade
