This beautiful Mediterranean-style villa, located in one of the best areas of Moraira, is 800 metres from the magnificent Portet beach, and one and a half kilometres from the centre of Moraira.



In both Moraira and its surroundings, you will be able to enjoy its wonderful beaches and paradisiacal coves, magnificent restaurants where you can delight in the appreciated local gastronomy and find various leisure spots, supermarkets and shops. From Villa Carmen, you can travel in just a few minutes to the neighbouring cities of Benissa, Calpe, Benitachell, Denia and Jávea.



The property has the entire plot of land fenced and a covered parking area, with space to leave more cars outside the covered area. On the terrace is the swimming pool, with a built-in staircase, outdoor shower and sun loungers, from which to contemplate the beautiful views of the mountain. Next to the pool there is a lovely marquee with a wooden table for 6-8 people, two armchairs, and another table for 4 people. On one side, there is an iron spiral staircase that directly accesses the solarium where you can enjoy the beautiful views and sunbathe. Additionally, there is a barbecue, with a sink, fridge and sun loungers.



In the property, there is a small entrance hall and an air-conditioned corridor where the four bedrooms and bathroom are located. In the other part of the house, we find an ironing room with a washing machine, another fully equipped bathroom and the living-dining room which has a large window overlooking the marquee and the swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped, and all rooms open onto a corridor that surrounds the house.



Villa Carmen is a beautiful villa located very close to the beach, in a very peaceful area and near all services and restaurants. It is the ideal place to enjoy a holiday near the sea.

Lovely outside space

This properties outside space was fabulous, lots of seating areas and lovely pool. The inside however was tired and dated, with several things broken. Still had a great holiday though.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Carmen. The outdoor area is lovely, the pool is the perfect temperature (August holiday). Great location to walk to El Portet Beach, restaurants and a little shop and just over a mile coastal walk to Moraira beach with plenty of restaurants and amenities. The only feedback would be that more wine glasses are provided (only 3), there is no coffee machine and only a small coffee maker for 1.5 cups of coffee, we made it work for the time we were there. There is air con in the main bedroom and air con in the hallway, all other bedrooms do not have air con. This again was ok for us for a weeks stay.The real plus side is the outdoor space and location.

Wonderful property with excellent facilities in a great location walking distance to beach

Altogether an amazing family holiday experience, the property has everything you need; different outside areas to eat or just chill, some in shade & some in full sun dependent on time of day. The pool is lovely and the roof terrace has nice views. BBQ area is a real plus for self catering. The walk to the beach is 10/15 minutes, and you can walk into Moraira around the headland with stunning views within half hour. The up hill walk back is not too arduous, may be tougher in hottest summer. Bars, restaurants, beaches all close to hand - we took bikes which meant other than the initial ‘big shop’ we didn’t use the car all week. The agent & owners were a pleasure to deal with. Can recommend.

Casa en una zona tranquila y rodeada de naturaleza, cerca de la playa/ cala del Portet. zona exterior amplia y cómoda para disfrutar de la piscina y alargar las sobremesas. Una barbacoa muy útil. Buena gestión por parte de Villas Holidays. Buenos restaurantes y zona para pasear en Moraira y Benissa.

La ubicación, la piscina y su limpieza, el número de habitaciones y amplitud de la casa. También la atención recibida. Algunos muebles, especialmente el sofá, la limpieza de las cubiertas de las sillas, y una mayor limpieza, en los cajones de la cocina por dentro, por ejemplo. En alguna de las camas había olor a perro, o al menos parecía que era un olor a perro lo que se percibía, posiblemente de anteriores usuarios.

Mooie bungalow nabij de zee

Dit vakantiehuis is prachtig gelegen op 850 meter van de zee (playa de Portet) nabij het leuke stadje Moraira. De keuken is prima uitgerust, alsook de grote badkamer. De 2de badkamer heeft enkel een lavabo, toilet en kleine doucheruimte met gordijn. De inrichting van living en slaapkamers is gedateerd, maar we leven hier toch hoofdzakelijk buiten. Heel rustig gelegen met mooie vergezichten in de omliggende heuvels.

Goed gelegen vakantiehuis

Dit huis ligt erg gunstig op wandelafstand van het strand van El Portet. Buiten kan je prachtig zitten, het zwembad is goed verzorgd en voldoende groot. Binnen is het huis wat betreft meubilair wat ouder maar in Moraira leef je grotendeels buiten dus dat vonden wij geen bezwaar. Het huis is voor 6 personen voldoende groot, 8 personen is naar onze mening te veel. Wij hadden een heel fijn verblijf
