Holiday rentals near Senate House

The central location of the property in quiet road with private parking at the rear could not have been better just a minutes walk from the Cathedral and the high street shops cafes and restaurants. The walk through the park to the river was also only around 10 minutes (if that) with lovely riverside walks and more restaurants. The property was beautiful, clean and well presented with everything you could possibly need. A lovely sunny courtyard garden with seating was a lovely extra. Communication with the owner was great with questions answered promptly

It is a very comfortable place to stay with a great outlook over the greens of the golf course. It was quiet despite being near to a road. The hot tub, the decking and ample outside space with furniture made outside very inviting. Our host was brilliant and very accommodating. we will definitely make a return trip.

We wanted to have a few days exploring around Cambridge during half term with our teenage son.This super property is within easy driving distance, is exceptionally modern and clean and has everything we wanted.Check in was simple using the key box facility, the owner was very friendly and communicative and had left a helpful range of cleaning products including dishwasher tablets. There was even a small bottle of milk and other useful supplies. We were very impressed indeed with everything about this property and would happily book it again if we were in the area.

Really nice cottage style property with a log burner and really comfy beds. Only warning would be the stairs as they're pretty steep and the bathroom is downstairs if you need to get up in the middle of the night.

Stunning space in a beautiful location. Quiet relaxing and calming. Lovely touches including automatic night lights, Christmas decorated tree outside (definitely going to steal this idea), very generous welcome pack. Fabulous shower and comfy bed. Lovely walks on the doorstep and a great local cafe for brunch. We could keep going with the positives! Alistair and Julie were very attentive and lovely hosts. Highly recommended.

This is a lovely property which was ideally located for our visit to family. We were met by the proprietor when we arrived and the property was lovely and clean, however, we found the bed a bit uncomfortable as we tended to roll together in the middle.
