Lovely Apartment in Kata Noi

Stayed for two weeks in this two bed apartment . Beautiful view from the verandah down to Kata Noi beach with stunning sunsets . Bedrooms were comfortable and both had ensuite showers . Air conditioning in all rooms was good. Kitchen had everything we required as we ate out each night . There is no oven in the apartment just a hob and microwave . Access to apartment is by either a lift or a furnicular . The furnicular takes you nearer to the apartment and there is then one flight of stairs down . If you take the lift there are more stairs to climb as it only goes part way up . Doug the owner was excellent with responses to my questions and gave good recommendations on restaurants nearby. Sue the apartment and complex manager was very efficient and dealt with the few issues we had promptly. The maid Mai was lovely, She did our washing if she was there and came every few days to change towels , beds and empty rubbish . We used Bolt for taxis everywhere as they are not expensive. Kata Noi beach has sunbeds which cost 200baht for 2beds and umbrella . Ordered our groceries on line and delivered quickly usually within a few hours of ordering . There is a communal pool which also has a great sea view , it’s quite small with a few sunbeds and shade . We really enjoyed our stay . The area is very peaceful compared to Kata , karon and Patong . We would definitely like to return in the future .

Christmas stay

Lovely property, all amenities, ideal location , excellent helpful and friendly Manager Kaew , only downside ( if you could call it that) was the book of rules/chores , we found overwhelming, also only two sun loungers, it would be great to have enough for the amount of people staying., Chantal was very responsive to our needs and instructed additional pool cleaning when a local bonfire filled the deck & pool with ash , also within 24hrs of reporting a problem with Mosqitos she hired a company to treat the villa area..Finally on our day of leaving she kindly extended our check time to later in the day without charge.. thank you for a lovely stay!

Very nice stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The place is spacious, has nice views, a great pool and is right on the water. Antonios was very responsive and helpful. The staff is extremely attentive and willing to help with anything. Tai, in particular is amazing, she was so helpful with anything we needed and went above and beyond. A very nice experience, we would come back.

A liittle slice of Paradise

A wonderful stay in a tropical paradise. It was the combination of the exotic planting and East Asian statues and water features, all lit equisitely at night that made this place special. Along with the fish pond and colourful birds making frequent appearances. The air conditioned rooms were tastefully decorated with Chinese porcelain and other wonderful objects so it felt like a luxury home rather than a typical 5 star hotel. TV in each room, large fridge-freezer and 2 ring stove in the kitchen space. Outdoor dining area, storage room, the pool was very clean and we used it every day. The location is a secure complex 5 minutes from the beach. Not far from Makro, a large supermarket with a huge variety of Asian and Western food including cheap alcohol. The housekeeper lived close by and was very friendly and made us feel welcome. It was a fantastic place to stay during these covid times and I could not recommend it enough.

Beautiful and safe, perfect for family.

Property and host were fantastic. The villa is in a gated compound and the villa itself is in a fully enclosed gated plot, so great for kids. The pool was not too big for little ones and safe with non slip path around the pool. The garden is landscaped so lot's of greenery and bird call, which was lovely for us. Villa fully equipped and the host able to help at short notice with booking taxi or hire car or anything you need. One thing to note is that there are three bedrooms, the third being in a separate building - it is so near it could be attached as it it built next to the main villa but you do have to step outside to get to it - so may not be suitable to put small children on their own for example - though great for older kids or grandparents for example. We stayed for a month and had an amazing four weeks!
