Luxury 3 bedroom villa with tropical garden private pool - area of 1200m2

La Romanee Infinity is a Thai style villa located in Rawai in the south of Phuket.
This villa is very well placed in a quiet residential area, while being close to everything.
This villa was built on a large plot of 1200 m2, so that leaves you a large space, which is increasingly rare here given the price of land that does not seem to increase.

With its large tropical garden and its large bean-shaped salt pool, you have everything you need to make the most of your holiday in Phuket.
Another important point is its large covered terrace which you will spend most of your time here. You will realize that here, people live outside and the living room will therefore be less busy than the terrace.

Even if it is less used, the living room is very pleasant with a large beige leather sofa and its plasma TV screen in HD. We have also made available a DVD player and some DVDs for those who like watching TV.
Regarding TV channels, there is only one French channel in Thailand: TV5 Monde.

The 3 bedrooms all have a large Kind Size bed, and they all have their own bathroom.
The 1st bedroom is ideal for a couple. The second, in addition to the double bed, has a sofa bed. This can be useful for children.
And the 3rd bedroom, the master, also has a bathtub and a desk.

The kitchen is fully equipped and you will have everything you need to cook at the villa;
For those who do not like to cook, we have available the menu of a restaurant which can deliver you directly to the villa. He does international and Thai cuisine, and even speaks French! so very easy for orders.

Another important point, everything is well secured and fenced! this motto is very important to us.
There is therefore no opposite, you can enjoy your vacation in peace;
We also have a large parking lot which is also on the property.

Regarding services, is included in the price:
- twice a week cleaning
- pool and garden maintenance
- water and drinking water

The following are excluded from the price:
- electricity consumption (6 thb per unit)

Conditions:
* Respect for house staff and neighbors
* No smoking inside the villa (Only outside or on the terrace)
* Guarantee deposit of 300 euros on arrival (returned on the last day)
* Arrival time: from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
* Departure time: 08:00 to 11:00

For late arrival (after 6:00 p.m.) or early departure (before 8:00 a.m.):
** additional fee of 1,000 baht to be paid to the person in charge of reception
