Simply splendid, the host is very responsive. the accommodation and views are simply wonderful. The road is a little bumpy take it as part of the beauty of Exuma :)

We stayed here for my 60th Birthday. The villa is stunning, attention to detail 1st class, with everything at the property you could wish for. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach matts, coolers to take to the beach. The interior is stunning, with everything you need and more and the gardens are so pretty and private and the location is superb. 7 properties in 30 acres, totally private in a private quiet road with its own beach for residents! The pool has sun loungers and inflatables in the garage. The annexe was so nice and none of us wanted to leave. The host gave us so much information and was so helpful. I don’t think you could get a better villa and location in Exuma . As we are from the Uk it’s a long way for us but if I was in America I would be going here every year. Amazing, Amaxing Amaxing ! A beautiful property set right on the most magnificent beach in the Exuma's! Super clean, great layout, great to kayak to the island across, go for walks, house it is in the center of the island so easy access to beaches in north and south and many restaurants! Highly Recommended, we spent 6 amazing days here!

The house is amazing, it’s clean, comfy, Great beds and has everything you need to be in a home from home. The beach outside your door is fantastic. The hosts were amazing. Could not rate it highly enough.

We loved everything about Thevine House II. The setting overlooking Moriah Harbour is stunning. As a general rule, we don't spend much time in the properties we rent, preferring to go out exploring. But the location of this house is so beautiful and so tranquil that we found ourselves spending hours on the dock and the terrace, just gazing at the water. It is also a wonderful spot from which to kayak and observe the plentiful marine life, particularly the huge population of turtles. We greatly appreciated the high quality of everything in the apartment, including the kitchen equipment - all the sorts of things one would want to buy for oneself if no expense was to be spared. Nathalie is a charming and conscientious host and we greatly enjoyed meeting her. We very much hope to return.
