Lovely stay. Perfect Location. Perfect Weather.

Even though this is a small property, it contains everything that you need for your stay. It was a little chilly when we were there so we lit the wood burner, which was very cosy. We made use of the smart TV and we enjoyed sitting out in the pretty garden.Mark was very welcoming when we arrived and provided us with plenty of local information. Margaret also made us some delicious scones for our arrival which we thoroughly enjoyed.

We were so impressed with this property. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and tastefully presented. Perfect location for exploring the area.

The apartment was really lovely, loads of crockery, cutlery everything that could be needed was available. The owner rang me the night before our stay and explained the key safe, waste disposal, etc. There was easy parking for ourc2 cars. Overall i woukd thoroughly recommend the apartment to freinds and famiky.

Have been looking for a property that has sea views, parking included and isn’t far from fistral and this ticked all those boxes!! The views are stunning, the host was brilliant - constantly updated if there were any local issues or any questions about the property. We have two teenage kids and we pretty much went to the beach everyday. Host even provided use of their beach equipment !! Nothing can beat waking up to that view everyday. All amenities were provided, beds were amazing - I can keep going !!! Have already booked up to return - I just feel like I want to say negative things to stop others visiting so I can keep for myself haha

If you want some luxury along with stunning panoramic views this is a must. High spec furnishings and beautiful aesthetically pleasing decor.

Great accommodation in a good location. Close to a Tesco for shopping and padstow for walks and shopping. Arrived to greeting from owner and a cream tea. Bonus. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
