Me and my partner had a good stay at the Pond Cottage.The kitchen is extremely well equipped and stocked.Rooms are very tidy and homely feeling. Bathroom is clean and pleasant to use.We didn't explore the surroundings but the small animals around the farm were very pleasant to watch from the house. Being surrounded by nature really brings about peace of mind and heart.Enjoyed the stay tremendously. Thanks again!

The Coach House was very comfortable and the swimming pool rota meant I had lots of opportunities to swim with the pool to myself.The gardens were lovely to walk around and the area very peaceful.

This house is absolutely amazing. It is so clean, comfortable and the views are spectacular. Helen was so helpful to us with a very short notice booking. This place has nearly everything you could wish for, the view from the lounge across the bay is unbeatable, the kitchen is very well equipped, the bedroooms comfy and quite spacious. Every thing was spotless. The only thing i would not mark as 5* + is the location being on a busy road ( not a problem sound wise) and a very steep downhill walk to Westward Ho, great going but oh not coming back!

Beautiful property, full of character but

We had the best time staying in Moulton Barrett Barn. Accommodation was to a very very high standard with three en-suite rooms. Very spacious lounge diner kitchen area overlooking a delightful walled garden with apple trees. The indoor pool was adjacent to our property and was a firm favourite with the kids. The property was dog friendly. Our hosts were fantastic and hugely informative about local amenities, attractions and restaurants. Very grateful for the top tip about quay jumping in nearby Appledore. Such a fantastic location to explore North Devon. Very close to the big Sherp,MilkyWay and North East Devon Wake Boarding centre. Some fantastic beaches nearby and wonderful coastal walks. Already planning our return visit next year.

We love everything about the apartment, the superb location and the wonderful hosts. This really is a great place to stay. We’ve stayed in Horizon View several times and love both of James’ apartments."Tides" and "Reflections"are very special.
