Very enjoyable stay. Extremely clean and well kept property. Ceilings are very low in places but we knew this before booking. Great location. Would stay again.

House was very clean and well presented. It is off-road. All amenities functioned with handy guide book and Alexa to help.Communication throughout was very effective. Location was quiet but within 200m of a very nice pub/rrestaurant. Near to Kirby Lonsdale with many eating places and pubs. Private parking.

Beautiful little cottage in a gorgeous location. Was only a short stay for us as we had come up to see family, but we’ll come again for a longer stay and do some walking.Alex - the owner - was fab with comms and answered all our questions.Lovely and clean, had everything we needed. Even milk and a welcome pack of choccy biccies, thank you Alex!Towels provided as well.

Lovely large Property with all equipment/facilities for a great stay. Within good distance from all popular attractions and villages. Nice walks from the property. Would have been nice for a small area of the garden to have been enclosed for dogs. But likewise this didn't detract from our great stay.

Cottage was clean and well eqipped. Owner communicated well and kindly left us milk and a lovely bottle of wine along with nice flowers. Beds were very comfy. Cottage was near to all the shops and amenities and in a lovely area. Grassington village itself was stunningly beautiful along with the wider Yorkshire Dales area. Would highly recommend.
