Holiday rentals near ARC Archaeological Resource Centre

The apartment was perfect in both cleanliness and very well equipped.The only drawback was the position of the key box it is too low down and difficult to be able to see the numbers on the pad.Delivery vans early morning deliveries to the shops beneath the apartment.

If anything the property description understates how good this place is. Exceptionally well presented and a few minutes walk to all that York has to offer, which is an awful lot. We could not of hoped for a better place to stay

High specification, spotless and well appointed property. Easy walking distance from the centre of York. Enjoyed a breakfast sat in the garden. Booked as group of 4 and plenty big enough. Definitely recommend for proximity to centre but also being in a nice peaceful area too.

I stayed here with my two sisters for two nights. Very nice, clean, warm, property: comfortable beds and excellent shower with plenty of hot water. Although we ate out, the kitchen was very well equipped is needed. Ideal location - easy to find and very easy to park in the designated space. And a short walk to all the delights of York. Owners were very accommodating when I asked to slightly change our booking by one night due to a funeral - this was a great help. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable and low stress stay in York.

The apartment was in a perfect location .We loved staying in the apartment and would choose to stay here again. The bed was very comfortable . Excellent facilities .only negative point is paying £22 a day to park but that wouldn’t stop is booking again.

Had a great time at this flat. Bit of a problem with the electric fire but soon sorted by the property managers. close to the town centre shops not too far away. Will definitely return
