Best rental we have had

Ar Fasgadh is a wonderful, wonderful cottage. Cleanliness and comfort. Small things made a big difference. The only thing we needed to bring was food we were eating for the week! Other than that ~ EVERYTHING is there ~ dish soap, salt & pepper etc. We were able to use a lot of Susan & Gerry's recreational things ~ like outdoor chairs, golf clubs etc. So great. Another thing we appreciated is Susan & Gerry's support of local businesses. There was soap, lotion etc from local merchants and even milk in the fridge in a bottle that we used to fill at Cameron's in Blackwaterfoot. The welcome box when we arrived was so appreciated ~ bread, cheese, oatcakes and prosecco. What a gift. We will definately be back! Thank you.

The title describes everything. Very well appointed, warm and welcoming. The perfect quiet retreat to come back to after a day spent exploring. One of the features of Arran is its wildlife and the lodge has cheeky inquisitive red squirrels all around. A treat of a retreat!
