Clean and very well maintained apartment, great kitchen and close access to grocery stores and transport

Takara and Will have put a lot of effort into making this place comfortable and stylish in a low key slightly boho sort of way. It’s spacious with lots of nice touches (thanks for the yoga mat) and it really is as nice as the photos suggest. A self contained flat on the downstairs of a large property containing the owners upstairs and tenants in another part of house. Had great chats with both Will and Takara who had great tips for things to do in the area and Boston more generally. Roxbury is the historic part of Boston with Victorian era buildings and lots of character and interesting cafes and restaurants reflecting the dynamic and diverse demographic. Some might find it a little rough around the edges, but it is undeniably an ‘emerging’ district and on the up. Not far from downtown, though nearest T station is a bus ride away. Uber and Lyft good options too. I loved it.

This property is amazing - as we walked in and explored each floor we were just blown away. The views for the master bathroom and roof terrace are just fantastic. So comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. Easy access to the city and to have parking next to the door was great. Terry is a very helpful and attentive host. Cannot say anything negative about this wonderful house!
