Holiday rentals near Cupsoque Beach

A lovely, newly built house in a tranquil residential area. We really enjoyed the views of sunrise across the water. The private beach area for the local neighbourhood is a great feature of the property, as is the access to the garden and deck. The kitchen is well equipped (although for us tea-loving Brits a kettle would have been handy!) and it is was easy to prepare meals to eat outdoors. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay with a small baby and would definitely return.

After a few days in Manhattan this was the perfect getaway for the family. The house had everything you could want/ need. Mark went out of his way to ensure we had everything we asked for prior to booking and arriving. The grandparents joined so they had their own space downstairs away from us and the kids so the perfect house if more than one family or party are staying as you don't get on top of each other at all. The kids loved the pool and all the fun inflatables...as did the adults. The nearby restaurants were perfect and walkable - the beach was a lovely cycle ride and the nearby town also walkable. We didn't have the best weather but it didn't stop us from doing anything. We would love to come back again one year soon as it was a treat coming from London to visit. My family and I have just returned to the UK after a great stay at this fantastic Southampton House. The property was as described, and Peter was very helpful and responsive both during the booking process and while we were at the house. The house is ideal for a large group (we were only four but there is more than enough space for 12), the games room, the pool and the wide selection of places to sit outside were clear winners for us. The most popular place for eating was sitting on the balcony with a lovely view of the bay and right next to the great BBQ - many perfect evenings. We spent time on the local beaches, exploring Southampton, East Hampton and Montauk as well as trips to the wineries on the North fork. We also rented a boat for the day from Hampton Bays to explore from the water - great fun! The best restaurant we found (when I could be dragged away from the BBQ) was CowFish only a few mins drive away. If you want a water view, with plenty to keep you occupied, in a spacious well maintained house - then this is the place. Thank you Peter!
