Such a lovely place to stay. Tucked away in the woods but easy to get to many other places. Great public transport and a very friendly, helpful community. Very comfortable and stylish accommodation. Lovely hosts. Would love to go again.

Second stay at this lovely house

The VRBO is exactly what it is advertised plus some. The owner, Mary, is wonderful and very accommodating. The house is so lovely. Our daughter is in college nearby and since we stayed there when we dropped her off, she was looking forward to staying there as well. Very close to stores, shops and restaurant. I can't imagine staying anywhere else when we visit Portland.

A real retreat!

We just stayed for two nights as we were in the Portland area, but thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jim & Betsie were were excellent and helpful hosts. Their apartment was light, spacious, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location in the countryside is lovely, but with easy access to the city. Thoroughly recommended.
