Holiday rentals near Burning Rock Off-Road Park

We were celebrating our 25th Anniversary and only had a limited time so we decided to go to the New River Gorge NP because it was close by and we are trying to visit all National Parks while we are alive.Anyway, I happened to see this place and it intrigued me. It was so unique. I wanted a special, classy and romantic place to stay for our anniversary, and this was perfect! It is off of a country road, but very convenient to stores and the NP so that was a plus. A very peaceful setting with a Koi pond, swing, a cute place outside to take pictures and a picnic area with a double hammock. There was also a deer family that would come through often which was cool.When we entered the Dome, we were welcomed with special signs and treats for our anniversary. Very nice surprise for us. The place is super clean and elegant. Very romantic feel. Loved the decor. The hot tub outside and the shower inside were both very relaxing. The bed was firm as well as comfortable. The window above the bed was so nice to be able to see the stars at night. This couple were great hosts who care and were so accommodating and quick to respond to us. Would definitely recommend for a romantic getaway! Wish we had more time to enjoy the place.

Communication with Shanna and Paul was always clear and welcoming and responsive. The directions to the property were extremely helpful, as it is in a fairly remote location. The mile long driveway winds through beautiful woods taking you to the property where the cabin sits overlooking a breathtaking view of mountains and a lush green pasture. The only sounds are nature. The hot tub sits on the ample deck, with the same view. We had many moments relaxing in it under a full moon (incredible!). Can’t really say enough that would fully capture how beautiful and truly relaxing this cabin/chalet is. The only reason to leave the property is all of the amazing places to hike that are all nearby in the New River Gorge. Needless to say, we want to return as soon as possible!
