Sunset Crest villas

My friends and I have been coming to Barbados for many years and have spent each of our holidays in a self catering villa. 5 Porters Court is right up there as one of the best places we have stayed. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and some lovely bars/restaurants. It is also very convenient for transport to both Holetown and Speightstown.The villa itself is very tastefully presented and extremely comfortable and welcoming. We don't always like to go out in the evening and love to cook so it was a delight to find the kitchen so well equipped. The villa was also spotlessly clean. We will definitely be returning.Kate Rossiter

Brilliant beach cottage in a small and exclusive gated community in Porters near Holetown.We booked this specific property due to the amazing host, from our initial pre booking questions to the day we checked out nothing was too much trouble and our maximum enjoyment was the prime concern. This level of communications made a huge difference before and during our stay.The property itself in superb, lots of care and love has clearly been taken with the re model - it was gorgeous, spotless and incredibly well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds, pillows etc were all very high quality.Location was brilliant about 4 minutes to a beautiful beach, beach passes were a huge bonus and meant we didn't need to worry about renting chairs and umbrellas.We hired a car, which I would recommend as it made nipping to the local supermarket and seeing the Island very easy.The pool at the property was also amazing, very quiet and when others were using, very friendly bunch. We are so glad we booked this property which was worth every single penny paid. Thanks to Jennifer for being THE BEST host and ensuring we had a fabulous time!!

We (family of 3) spent 9 nights at the fantastic Down the Hill Cottage and would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Barbados. Liz was incredibly helpful answering all our questions about the Villa and the area as well as providing us with lots of local contacts for excursions. The Villa was just a dream.....amazing pool, outdoor lounging areas, lovely gardens and everything you need inside. It's 5 mins walk to Holetown Beach which is stunning and the Holetown area was lovely too, so much so we didn't venture that far. Cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you Liz (and Little Lex) for giving us the dream holiday we were after.

Would most certainly stay at the Villa again.Location is excellent .Villa spotless,beds comfortable.cannot think of anything negative to say.Close to absolutely everything.6Stars.

The property was as described and had everything needed for a great relaxing holiday. The balcony views were stunning and this was the best part of the trip for us watching the sunset in the evening. Hugh was there to help with anything we needed to know and Lenny who provided our car was also very helpful when we arrived on the island. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. We would have no hesitation recommending this property for rent.

Property located in quiet residential area, but within easy walking distance to beach & shops. It was clean, private & well-equipped - including a well-maintained swimming pool. We would most certainly recommend it - and stay here again !

Lovely property and fabulously clean and tidy. Great location, walking distance to beach, bar’s and supermarket. We did have a car but bus stop is at the end of the road 5 minutes away. Villa was is a lovely and quiet area, and everything that we needed. We had a fabulous time and would definitely go back again. The property manager Tricia was also lovely and helpful and met us at the property when we arrived.

Lovely villa. Lorraine, the property manager was lovely and contact with the owner beforehand was great. Unfortunately, there were builders and digging in the villa opposite for a few days, which was a little annoying! Would stay again.
