Tremolat villas

Grant was the perfect host. Provided things quickly when asked and left us alone when not needed.The air con in the house was a blessing during the 2 week heat wave. Pool was an amazing temperature with the cosy shade of the pool house when the sun got too hot. Covered eating area with BBQ was used all the time(especially during the odd nightly heat storm). As mentioned on their website items provided have changed over the years and the gym is now a play room, but Grant dropped off a bench and free weights to use, which was perfect. Grant has plans over the winter to improve the site even more, which is even more reasons to book. Vergt town has a great bakery just opposite a really friendly Vets (who were great for our 2 dogs for the ‘pet passport’ requirements). The Intermarche has all you need (11 mins away) but the bigger Intermarche at Bugue will make up the rest. Sarlat Le Canada is about 40 mins away and has a must visit market on Saturday (leave by 8.30 to get reliable parking and a less busy market experience). Les Eyzies with its historic area and access to canoeing is also easily accessible (approx 30-40 mins). If you forget anything the Intermarche also has an Amazon locker so you just need to sign up to the French site. All in all a relaxing, enjoyable holiday for the family and dogs. Will look to book again next year.

Few things that we were not happy with but on the whole lovely stay Andy was very helpful.

An absolutely first class villa in all respects. While the website pictures give a good impression of the size and quality of accommodation on offer they do not capture the considerable time and effort that the owners, Gillaume and Constantin, have obviously spent to present the extensive property to the highest of standards. The villa is comprehensively equipped throughout to a high level with every requirement catered for. The decoration is tastefully done, including some original artwork, and sympathetically complements the overall feeling of quality. The extensive garden areas are private and well shielded, and include a separately fenced pool area. In sum, a first rate property of the highest order.

One of the best villas we have stayed at over many years of holidaying in France. Clean, well equipped, private and very comfortable. Many thanks to Grant for making us feel relaxed and at home in the sun.

The property is beautiful and well equipped. The location and surrounding area is also beautiful. We spent a lot of time in the pool relaxing and having fun, a lovely family holiday.

The house is very well positioned for local amenities. The local village is beautiful with a great shop and a couple of lovely restaurants. The only negative were the mosquitoes so remember some insect repellent!

This is a wonderfully equipped property with temperature control for any season and loads of outside space.

we really enjoyed our stay. Lovely area, lovely house, well equipped. There was even a present for the baby. The smoke alarm battery had run out when we arrived. A neighbour came but never returned with the alarm! one of the kitchen drawers was broken, the owner was very responsive but sadly the person who came to mend it couldn’t. Having said this we highly recommend it and Karine. We all had a wonderful time.
