We had a brilliant stay at Claude’s villa! Location was perfect - 15/20 min walk to the marina, 5 min Uber for shops/to marina. House was very clean and facilitated very well. Outside and pool area was just perfect for all 6 adults. Loads of space and rooms were big and comfortable. Would recommend to stay here and would stay again

If you want a villa.in a prime location which is spacious, clean, with all mod cons and period touches, this is the holiday home for you. 2 mins walk to the nearest supermarket, 5 mins to the nearest beach, 10 mins to the Strip and 15 mins to the Old Town. Helena was a tremendous host and nothing was to much trouble...great communication. If you wish to visit the lovely resort of Albufeira this is for you. We will be back!

This is a lovely house with lots of space and two pools. Our best days, with a 2 year old, were when we stayed local and he had everything he needed right there! Happy toddler, happy parents and grandparents 😂 We booked airport transfers through Faro Taxis, which were brilliant, and used Ubers when we went out, so no need to hire a car. There are plenty of great beaches within easy reach. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.

Beautiful modern property, furnished & decorated to a very high standard in a quiet residential area with large garden area & pool. Large Lounge Diner with separate kitchen, communal WC & 4 x ensuite double bedrooms. Very comfortable beds, high quality linens & towels Large smart TV with netflix, prime etc, full sized, well supplied kitchen with american style fridge freezer with water/ice dispenser. Host had provided some provisions on arrival - bread, butter, milk, cheese, sliced chicken, crisps, croissaints, cereal, lemonade & some cleaning supplies - a really nice touch & well received after a late night arrival. Large garden area with mature tress offering natural shade in addition to the material sail that covers the outside patio dining area. This leads down to a beautiful south facing pool area with sunloungers. Host was really helpful before arrival & throughout our stay helping with transfers & local knowledge & was very attentive when contacted. Location - In a quiet residential area between Albufeira & Quarteira - its is withdrawn enough to be peaceful & relaxing & close enough to get involved when you want. Albufeira old town is approx 7mins drive away, with Continent & Aldi supermarkets just a 5 min drive for supplies. We didn't hire a car - we used bolts & ubers & the average cost was £3.50 for a trip to the supermarket & £4 to the old town square.Transfer from the airprt took approx 30 mins. We will be Back - Obrigado !

We are a family group of 9 across 3 generations, including children aged 4 to 17. We had such a fantastic holiday in Bev & Duncan's villa that we have already booked to return next summer! The property was spacious and had much needed air con throughout. There was everything we could need to feel at home - from hair dryers, to plenty of cutlery and crockery to multiple areas for relaxing inside and out. The teenagers with us particularly enjoyed the games room in the basement and the window into the swimming pool was a cool surprise! The outdoor area was perfect for the adults who wanted to sunbathe and the younger ones could sit in the shade of the pergola after a swim in the fabulous pool. We were very impressed with the communication and welcome from Joao - he did everything he could to make us feel at home and well looked after. We would highly recommend this villa to other families. We loved our boat ride to see the Dolphins and caves that we booked on the Marina and we used Yellowfish Taxi services for our airport transfer - they were brilliant.

My wife, young daughter, and parents stayed here for a week in early April, during the school holidays. It is a beautiful house, spacious and very well equipped, and the pool, which is heated, was perfect for us to enjoy, with my daughter getting lots of swimming practice! The weather was lovely, sunny but not too hot, 21 degrees or so most days, so the heated pool was a great benefit, as the nights were cooler so the water would have been cold without the heating. The location is very good - a quiet residential street but only 5 minutes from a big Aldi and 10-15 minutes walk (or about 3 minutes drive) from the main bars and 'strip'. The marina of Albufeira was about 12 minutes or so drive away and I would recommend - some nice places to eat and drink and lots of boat trips and so on. We went on an excellent trip and saw lots of dolphins!

We had an excellent holiday in the Algarve staying at this property. Owner Karl-Heinze provided us with all the information required to ensure a smooth and effortless check-in. Property manager Jessica guided us into the property and was available to sort out any issues very quickly and efficiently. The Villa is well maintained and has all the amenities including wifi to ensure a comfortable stay. The cats Adi and Stocksel kept the children entertained. A bottle of wine with crisps on arrival was very thoughtful. We were very happy with our stay and holiday - would certainly recommend to other travellers .

From start to finish I couldn’t be more positive about the villa, the location, our experience and the hosts. The villa is beautiful, a lovely outlook, beautiful gardens and out side pool, the inside is immaculate with everything you need, a wonderful and helpful outside drying space too. The villa is easy walking distance to two lovely beaches, and Maria & Ines recommended the restaurant Sardinha which did not disappoint. There is a very short walk to local super market and a 5min taxi to the main one in albuferia so location wise perfect. - I would recommend this villa for families or a get away for adults, we will definitely be returning xx
