A great stay for our family, with plenty of space for all six of us! The villa felt like a private hideaway while still being close to town, and the grounds were wonderful and super well kept. We loved the pool area, with toys and towels provided. Our family especially enjoyed the ping pong table, it was a highlight of our trip!

This is an amazing villa. The garden and the villa is fantastic . The host was lovely and very helpful. The property was really clean and tidy. The kitchen is very well equipped and had everything you’d need. We would recommend this villa to any family. I would recommend a car however, we also used taxis which was good value for money.

A beautiful villa for a stay on the Algarve. Exceptionally well equipped with a large pool and lots of seating inside and out. Very close to Albufeira and only a short drive to Vilamoura. Booking process was very easy and we will certainly be returning in the future.

We had a lovely family holiday at Vila El Gharb. The property is fantastic, with lots of space both inside and outside and a wonderful pool where we spent much of our time. Communication before and during our stay was excellent, with Ken, Nuno and Rogerio all making sure we were fine.It’s not ideally located a short drive to Albufeira, Villamoura and our favourite Olhos de Agua for beaches, restaurants, shopping and lots of activities. We especially enjoyed the boat trip to Benagil Caves and Parasailing. Would definitely recommend!

All as promised. Beautiful villa with great swimming pool that the grandchildren loved. We loved the location it made for a lovely quiet holiday we would certainly go again to this villa. All information needed supplied before arrival and then met on arrival with thorough tour and explanation of all the facilities.

Wonderful villa

The property is absolutely stunning. Really spacious, with gorgeous outdoor features. Pool was perfect and it's the perfect place to relax. You're about 20mins away from most places of interest but also feel like you're in your own oasis. Very helpful hosts, would 100% stay again.

Our journey from enquiry to stay was very smooth indeed and the description of the villa accurate. The pool was bigger than expected - if you want to swim for fitness you'd be able to. It is a comfortable, homely villa which was exceptionally well equipped and the layout worked well for our three generation visit. There was a surprisingly well stocked larder of dry provisions for guests use too. The villa itself is very secure with super grounds.

Fabulous home for family gathering

My siblings and spouses, 6, from US gathered with our German cousins for 6 days. The house was perfect for the 4 couples, with the outdoor relaxing areas and well stocked kitchen. Ken was a good communicator and Nuno, the house manager, very responsive to our needs.

The Villa is a wonderful place. One of the nicest villa we have stayed in. It is equipped with all that you would ever need. The interior is clean, spacious and beautifully furnished. July 2023 - Excellent Villa

We had a fantastic stay at Villa El Gharb. The communication from the start was excellent and the owners/site managers were very helpful. The villa was very clean. The maid was excellent. The location is good. We found Uber very convenient for getting to local places. It was a great sized property for our party of 5 adults and 3 children. There was lots of outdoor space for the children to play and a fantastic pool. The Villa is very spacious with everything you need. Our only criticism would be that the downstairs bathrooms and kitchen could do with an update however this did not affect our wonderful stay. We would definitely recommend this villa.

Fabulous Villa

From start to finish excellent communications with Ken, manager and then with Nuno, owner, whilst at the villa. The villa was as described but exceeded our expectations equipped with more than everything you could ever need, daily maid/housekeeper keeping everything clean and tidy, (very discreetly) change of towels and bedding half way through the week. Plenty of space to spread out (our party of 7) fence erected around pool for our toddler. Plenty of seating, loungers, eating areas, BBQ. Situated just outside of Albufeira which we were glad of, very peaceful and quiet. Nowhere to eat/drink nearby except roadside bar/cafe about 5-10 mins walk away. Car definitely needed

This home is everything you hope for in a vacation rental—and more! It’s spotless, beautifully maintained, and in a prime location just minutes from stunning beaches, grocery stores, and great local dining. From the moment we walked in, we could feel the thought and care that went into making it truly vacation ready.We were greeted with chilled drinks for both adults and kids in the fridge, plus chips for snacking—a thoughtful and much-appreciated welcome after traveling. The house has absolutely everything: pool floaties, games, pool towels, BBQ ready to fire up, clothesline and clips, full laundry supplies, every cooking utensil you could imagine, and fun extras like a blender and panini maker.Mid-week, we enjoyed a refresh with clean towels, floors tidied, and trash removed—a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more relaxing. The host also sent great local tips by text, which we really appreciated. Two families (kids ages 14, 13, 11, and 10) had more than enough space to relax and play.We’ve stayed in many rentals, but this one stands out as one of the best-equipped, most thoughtfully prepared homes ever. If you want a stress-free, comfort-packed beach vacation, this is the place!

Beautiful Villa

We stayed in this villa for 2 weeks in August 2023. Family of 7, 4 adults and 3 children aged 13, 12 and 8. The villa was as shown in the pictures. Cleanliness was excellent, not only when we arrived but through out our stay the cleaner was on hand seeing to the grounds, mopping floors and changing towels! Villa is close to Albufeira, would recommend a car as although not far by car it would be a bit of a walk in the heat. The shower in the downstairs en-suite is a little close to the wall so can not be stood underneath very well. We used the main bathroom as it was easier. The oven was a little temperamental at getting up to temperature. I would suggest that this is looked at in the future. The drain from the bathroom upstairs could produce a not very pleasant smell, again another point that could be resolved. But......the above are just some small issues to make the owners aware so they can be addressed. They by no means distracted from what was a beautiful villa inside and out. The ping pong table was a massive hit and was used daily. There are plenty of areas to sunbathe and also plenty of shaded seating areas too. Location was very peaceful and private, the surrounding gardens and orchard were well kept and beautiful. Thank you for an amazing holiday, we would definitely recommend.
