Cumbre del Sol villas

Lovely villa with amazing views. Had issue with aircon but office had an engineer out the same day it was reported and was fully resolved in a couple of days.

Villa Melissa sparkled as if new when we walked through the door. Lots of good quality white goods and air conditioning units. The view is breathtaking as you walk out onto the terrace and the pool is such a great size. Thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the villa. Heartily recommend this to anyone. Thank you.

The villa is perfectly situated with spectacular views down to Cala Moraig, yet only two minutes walk from the Pepe la Sal supermarket. We booked for 8 weeks in the winter months (Jan/Feb). The sun room was a particular highlight for us, together with breakfasts in the dining room with its panoramic view. Heating is via air conditioning units, rather than the radiators, but a generous electricity allowance is included in the rent. There is a good restaurant within walking distance, and more in Benitachell which is just a five minute drive. I would say a car is essential for a stay anywhere in Cumbre del Sol, as public transport is very limited. Certainly a place we will return to in the future.

We did really enjoy our stay. The pool was gorgeous and outside space worked well! Lovely sunbeds and bbq. Only criticisms would be a lot smaller inside living area than pics showed. No welcome pack. No basics at all! Had to buy everything… salt pepper etc. kitchen well equipped but never stayed anywhere that hadn’t had sone basics and maybe milk and water in fridge?

The property is great, well maintained, variety of kitchen appliances and all in a very good condition. The villa is very clean. The owners, who live nearby and manage it, added a lot of personal touches making it feel cosy. The exterior is also great, BBQ, big swimming pool, sun loungers and the sea view is just amazing. Communication with the owners was great throughout whole of our stay. The requests were dealt with really quickly and effectively. There's really good restaurant nearby and supermarket. Overall we had amazing time in the villa in Cumbre del Sol and we can sincerely recommend it.

What a fantastic villa! We loved the views, the facilities, the cleanliness and, of course, the sunshine! The owners were excellent throughout the booking process too!! Highly recommended without reservation (and we are fussy!!).
