Lovely villa.

A lovely villa. Spotlessly clean. Owners met us on arrival and showed us around. Villa is on an urbanisation with a shop and restaurant very close by. Thoroughly enjoyed our week.

My wife and myself have rented villas in the Benitachell, Moraira and Javea area for 26 years and can truly say this villa is the best ever. The owners were very easy to communicate with and sent comprehensive information about the contents of the villa, together with a video showing directions to the villa.The photographs speak for themselves. You won't be disappointed!

Super complete inrichting met alles erop en eraan. Feels like home! Een mooie locatie met uitzicht op zee en verschillende wandelroutes vanuit het huis. Vriendelijke ontvangst door Ricardo. Helaas was het te koud om van het zwembad gebruik te maken, en waaide je van het terras door de heftige storm. De infraroodverwarming was een noodzakelijke aanvulling op de houtkachel.Let op: er komen nog wel aanvullende kosten bij voor eindschoonmaak (125,-) en electriciteitsverbruik!

Ons vakantieverblijf in Spanje van 27-1 tot 10-2 2024

Om 22:00 uur, een uur later dan gepland werden wij hartelijk ontvangen door Ricardo en June. Zij hebben ons een rondleiding gegeven en alles waar mogelijk uitgelegd wat wij voor dit verblijf moesten weten. Dit was heel prettig voor ons. Als welkom stond er water, een fles wijn en frisdrank in de koelkast. Het is een prachtige villa en je vindt er alles wat je nodig hebt om een geweldige vakantie te hebben. Het telefonisch contact met Ricardo was uitstekend. Toen de afzuigkap niet meer werkte, (onze eigen schuld) was hij in no time ter plaatse. Ook het uitchecken was goed geregeld. Deze mooie villa is een prachtig vakantieverblijf.

Très belle propriété très bien entretenue et très bien équipée !! Le contact avec Ricardo et son épouse sont facile et agréable Attention cependant l accès à la plage à pied est physique mais une navette gratuite peux vous aider a descendre ou monter les derniers mètres sinon le parking est payant avec réservation Nos vacances ce sont passés dans de très bonnes conditions Merci à vous 2 ç était super !

Erholsamer Familienurlaub mit zwei Kindern

Das Ferienhaus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Auch für Kleinkinder ist alles vorhanden. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und Supermarkt und Apotheke sind fußläufig erreichbar. Tolle Strände in der Umgebung. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und die Abwicklung vor Ort war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir können das Haus nur jedem empfehlen!

Fijne overwintering in mooie omgeving

De vakantiewoning van Ricardo en Jane was prima, net als het gastheerschap. Kleine dingen werden zeer snel opgepakt. De woning ligt in heuvelachtig bewoond gebied met een prima supermarkt om de hoek. Te voet wel een klim. De woning zelf is ruim, goede badkamers en fijne bedden. De elektrische deken was nodig dit jaar. In de directe omgeving wandelmogelijkheden en daarnaast vele leuke strandstadjes op korte rijafstand. De prachtige miradores zijn de moeite van het bezoeken waard. Ricardo en Jane, nogmaals bedankt voor het fijne verblijf.

Wir haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es ist alles vorhanden, was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt gebrauchen könnte. Egal ob Beachchairs für den Sommer, oder Heizdecken für den Winter. Die Lage ist sehr gut, mit schöner Aussicht und sehr ruhiger Nachbarschaft. Der Supermarkt " Pepe la Sal " ist nur um die Ecke und hat sogar Sonntags bis 14.00 Uhr geöffnet. Einen Mietwagen sollte man schon haben, um auch die umliegenden Miradors oder Strände besuchen zu können. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Belle villa dans quartier calme et agréable

Belle villa, bien équipée, très propre et correspondant parfaitement à la description et photos du site de location. La piscine et les extérieurs sont bien entretenus. Supermarché bien achalandé, pharmacie et très bon restaurant "La Cumbre" situés à 5' à pieds de la villa sans apporter de nuisances à la quiétude du lieu. Quartier résidentiel chic et paisible. Voiture cependant indispensable pour se rendre sur la côte. La plage accessible à pieds de la villa (Cala Moraig) se situe en contrebas de la falaise et il y a une forte pente pour accéder au parking et ensuite il y a encore une nouvelle pente pour accéder enfin à la plage (crique en bas de falaises). Très bien pour les mollets mais moins bien quand il fait chaud et qu'il faut tout remonter bien chargé ou avec des enfants... Nous avons donc préféré aller sur la plage de sable de Moraira (10' en voiture, eau claire, bar et resto de plage, surveillance et grand parking ombragé aisé- idéal pour les familles). Siuation idéale pour visiter ou sortir à Moraira/Javea/Denia (belles plages, nombreux bars et restos, shopping et animations) et visiter le reste de la Costa Blanca (Altea, Calpe, Elche, Guadalest, Alicante, etc.) Bon contact avec le propriétaire par mail et bon accueil par le responsable lors de notre arrivée sur place, serviable et disponible même le week-end. Location à recommander sans hésitation !!!

Casa muy bien preparada para los huéspedes

La casa muy limpia, gran frigorífico con mucha potencia, ningún problema con el agua(se podía ducharse en los día baños a la vez con buena presión y temperatura). El colchón de la habitación grande muy cómodo (me gusta colchones duros), en la pequeña los colchónes son un poco más blandos. Mosqueteras en las ventanas. La piscina muy limpia. La cocina con muchísimo menaje de cristal, cerámica y plástico... Lo único que faltaba eran lavavajillas... una cosa muy importante a mejorar. Los vecinos gente que vive allí (Jubilados de Holanda y Alemania). Se puede pasear el los alrededores (hacer callejear hasta encontrarte con los númerosos senderos que te llevarán a las calas de difícil acceso (Llebeig y los Testos). Muy recomendable.

Sitio tranquilo. La casa y su piscina son estupendas. Servicios cercanos y zonas turísticas a menos de 40 minutos en coche. La televisión si eres español no la busques pero no nos hacia falta. Es un lugar para descansar descansar.

Vacances parfaites.

Nous sommes vraiment ravis de notre séjour pour la seconde année consécutive. La villa est très bien équipé il ne manque rien pour passer de bonnes vacances, Ricardo et sa femme prennent soins que tout soit bien organisée. Le manager est disponible en cas de souci, il nous a donné l'adresse d'un garage pour faire réparer notre voiture. Nous recommandons ce propriétaire. Pierrick

Ein wunderschöner Ort!

Sehr gepflegtes Objekt mit allem, was ein erholsamer Urlaub braucht. Der Eindruck des dargestellten Fotos ist absolut zutreffend! Die Villa bietet genügend Platz für 4-5 Personen, liegt sonnig und ruhig. Und ein Supermarkt für alles, was gebraucht wird, ist tatsächlich fußläufig zu erreichen. Für einen gelungenen Urlaub ein Glücksgriff!

Fantastic Villa

From arriving to leaving we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa manager and his son were helpful and available, and excellent communication from the owner both before and after our stay. The villa was superb and filled all our requirements, a pharmacy and supermarket are both on the doorstep. It had everything to make our stay easy and enjoyable and we would highly recommend staying here
