Conveniently located on the beach side of Ocean drive close to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. You have to your disposition a fully furnished kitchen, Master Bedroom with king size bed, second bedroom with two queen beds and open space living area. The living room gives access to the balcony with a gorgeous view on the ocean. The bedrooms are very large and spacious, each with own walking-in closet. The unit is designed into a Split-Bedroom style unit which provides guests with increased privacy and tranquility. Guest Bedroom is large enough to accommodate 4 people sharing 2 Queen Beds (hotel 1 room style), Master Bedroom offers a large King Size bed with its own private full washroom.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BUILDING WILL BE UNDERGOING RESTORATION WORK SET TO BEGIN IN JUNE 2025 AND COMPLETE JULY 2026 GUESTS MAY EXPERIENCE SOME NOISE (9 am to 4h30pm)

A proximity fob is a key used to access the property, pool, and gym.

The building located ca 20 min to Fort Lauderdale airport and is situated on 12 miles of sandy white beaches. Walking distance from supermarkets, restaurants, groceries, etc.


Parking is available at $20 per night or $175 per month. There are laundry machines located on the floor right next to the unit which can be used at any time. The cost is $2.75 per wash and a card is provided to load money.
Beach towels, chairs and umbrella are provided.

Tiene a su disposición una cocina totalmente amueblada, dormitorio principal con cama king size, segundo dormitorio con dos camas queen y sala de estar abierta. El salón da acceso al balcón con una hermosa vista del océano. Las habitaciones son muy grandes y espaciosas, cada una con su propio vestidor. La unidad está diseñada en una unidad de estilo de dormitorio dividido que brinda a los huéspedes mayor privacidad y tranquilidad. El dormitorio de invitados es lo suficientemente grande como para alojar a 4 personas que comparten 2 camas Queen (estilo de habitación de hotel 1), el dormitorio principal ofrece una cama King Size grande con su propio baño privado completo.
