Spacious Reasonably Priced Jesmond Location

We booked this as a large group and it didn't disappoint. The apartments were well laid out with ample space in the living room areas. There was great cleanliness throughout and areas stayed at a nice temperature. The accomodation was really quiet at night and the key system although awkward at first was easier than keys. The location was also great with a short tram or 20min walk into town. Only small gripes are that we would have liked more utensils/ crockery, it would also be nice if there was more car parking spaces available. However, the there were alternatives and overall a great stay at a really reasonable price.

Great location for getting out and about to see Durham. Lovely owners and everything there that you need including a lovely cake and milk and tea/coffee for a brew when you arrive! Decorated to a really high standard.

Pleasantly surprised!

Would usually book a hotel as moving child to Newcastle Uni but due to home match and lots of other parents moving their kids in, hotels were thin on the ground! Picked the apartments and was pleasantly surprised. Ticked all the boxes and great to have a small kitchen. Had everything we needed. Only criticism would be a lack of bedside table/shelf and the sofa wasn’t the comfiest but it was all clean and functional. Will def recommend.

Great Central location in Newcastle.

We stayed with a group of work colleagues for a leaving party. Owner phoned me beforehand to give me full details of the apartment. We found it easily, approx. 7 mins walk from train station. We had free run of the place, had takeout delivered and had lots of social space which was great! We had towels and linen all provided. Location was perfect for us, straight out to bars and clubs and people could fall in whenever they wanted. Overall, highly recommend this place to any groups and sets of couples looking for some time out in Newcastle!

Lovely modern apartments in centre of Newcastle

Stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment with my husband and mother-in-law. Came by train and this place was literally a few minutes away from the main train station. We were very pleased to be able to check-in early and also very pleased with the apartment, which was well-equipped, very spacious, modern and comfortable. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The fixtures and fittings were of a high standard. The staff on the front desk were pleasant. Fully equipped kitchen where we made breakfast and evening meals. Handy for shops, pubs, restaurants, etc. Especially liked the Nespresso machine, beds/pillows, showers, towels, large wall-mounted TVs, lights in the wardrobe. We would have no hesitation in staying here again. Cons: small kettle - should be full-sized in an apartment for four! No dining table - even though there was plenty of space for one. Could've done with a bit more comfy seating in the lounge - there was a small 3-seater settee plus a leather tub chair (not the comfiest thing). Could've also done with a bit more colour/artwork round the place to make a bit more cosy, it was all very grey, but that is me being picky ;-) (You could also see where they'd touched up the paint on the walls as it was a slightly different shade of paint and you could see the roller marks.)

We stayed on a Friday evening. The reception were very professional during check in and giving information. The location is perfect for visiting all restaurants and bars that the Quayside has to offer. The apartment we stayed in was clean, comfortable and spacious. Perfect for a get away or a longer stay!
