Large, very quiet apartment with terrace in a very pretty residence, a small Corsican village with its stone ruins and lush vegetation. Closed residence with swimming pool and view over the bay of Calvi; collective parking, tennis, children's play area, mini-golf, boules and table tennis. The apartment comprises entrance hall, living room, small kitchen, two bedrooms, terrace. Calvi - St Catherine Airport 8 km. Calvi with its port, train station, pedestrian street and shops at 8 km. In 5 minutes by car to Pain de Sucre beach; the beaches of Calvi, Marina de St. Ambroggio, Algajola, Giunchetu, Bodri, Ile Rousse, Lozari in 30 minutes by car maximum.
10 minutes by car from Calenzana or take the GR 20 long-distance hiking trail.

Bon séjour

Agréable séjour, la résidence est superbe,calme et bien située cependant le mobilier (ex: le salon de jardin, l'étendeur a linge...) serait a renouveler. Peut être envisagée a équiper le logement de ventilateurs car pas de clim. Merci a Martine pour son accueil chaleureux et sa gentillesse et au propriétaire pour sa réactivité.
