Luxury 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom large house

The property is set on a quiet cul de sac close to all amenities. We are uniquely positioned being approximately 1.5 miles from the M6 junction 6&7, and 2 miles from M5 junction 2, and 3 miles from Birmingham city centre. If you are looking to travel to the famous NEC we are only 20 minutes by car. We have recently refurbished the property throughout and now offers 4 very good size bedrooms, 2 with en-suite and 2 separate bathrooms. The lounge has the latest 55” smart tv with Netflix for your enjoyment,sofa, & sofa bed, a fully fitted dining/kitchen and a large dining table. All bedrooms have hotel quality super king (can on request be split into full size single beds) or double beds , and 3 of the bedrooms have 43” smart TVs again with Netflix’s. Finally we have a lawned private rear garden, and off road parking and plenty of street parking in front of the house.
