The house was excellent, clean and tidy, spacious and well equipped. The host was great too and gave us some excellent recommendations for places to eat. The only downside was the location which was a bit loud at night due to passing traffic.

Exactly what you expect from the pictures

We rented this place with 6 people. There were no issues, everything went smooth, nice and clean house. It is 100% what we expected. Friendly host, direct number in case of problems. If we would chose Birmingham again for our gettaway we would deffinitly rent this house again.
