Le gîte est situé au 2eme étage d’une maison dans laquelle résident la propriétaire et d’autres locataires. Cet étage est considéré comme privatisé mais reste ouvert d’accès à toutes personnes car seules les chambres de cet ancien hôtel sont fermées à clé. Le gîte est propre et l’extérieur bien entretenu mais la terrasse est située sur un parking et le jardin peu adapté aux jeux.

TRES BONNE ADRESSE AU PAYS BASQUE
Très bon accueil et propreté irréprochable. Appartement très spacieux avec une vue magnifique et très bien situé pour visiter la région. Idéal pour notre groupe d'amis, chacun sa chambre et sa salle de bain. Le seul petit point négatif est que les équipements de la cuisine ne sont pas vraiment adaptés pour un groupe nombreux. Je recommande !

Es una buena casa y está muy limpia y atendida. Los dueños (Eider y familia), encantadores. La única pega que es un segundo piso y para salir al exterior y disfrutar de los espacios al aire libre o simplemente coger algo del coche, hay que subir muchas escaleras. Une très bonne adresse pour un séjour !
Une grande maison située dans un quartier résidentiel, au calme. Les chambres sont dotées chacune d’une salle bain avec WC. C’est pratique à 12 personnes. La maison est spacieuse et très propre. Pour nous rendre à San Sebastian, nous avons évité la voiture et pris le train. Nous sommes très satisfaits et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir car les propriétaires sont accueillants et sympathiques.

Puente de todos los santos con amigos en Sanse
Muy buena opción para alojar un grupo grande (eramos 11) cerca de Sanse. La casa está a 20min del centro de sanse. Cada habitación con su baño lo que agiliza la logística del grupo. Todo impecable de limpio y las zonas comunes amplias y cómodas.

El alojamiento cuenta con todo detalle para el bienestar de los huéspedes, es muy acogedor y los propietarios son muy amables. Viven ahí mismo y a parte del piso en el que nos hospedamos (grupo de 12), tienen otros 2 pequeños apartamentos. Cuenta con un gran espacio exterior. Un gran fin de semana.

Las habitaciones son perfectas. El baño incluido en cada una es fenomenal. El salón comedor es grande y cómodo. La cocina es pequeña y echamos en falta el lavavajillas porque para grupos de doce personas es imprescindible. El trato de la dueña fenomenal y el entorno precioso.

La verdad q me ha parecido un alojamiento muy completo. Las habitaciones son cómodas y grandes, es un puntazo q cada habitación tenga baño propio. El salon para estar con los amigos es muy amplio. La ubicación está muy bien. Un sitio muy recomendable
