Fantastic Spot !

the property was large and clean and gave us plently of space for 6 guests, 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Highly recommend.

The apartment was amazing and the views were spectacular! Traveling with our three teenagers, one of which uses a wheelchair and the apartment and location could not have been better. Everyone was able to have their own space for a few days, which was fantastic.While, not completely wheelchair accessible as there is one very small step (maybe 3 inches high) to get into the building. Everything else was flat and the elevator was large enough for the wheelchair.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful city

A group of 8 adults and 1 baby stayed in Apartment Okendo to celebrate a special birthday and it couldn’t have suited us better. It was in a perfect location to explore San Sebastián and it had everything we needed for the weekend. The process for booking and checking in was easy and quick. The only down side was that the boiler cut out a few times mid-shower and I don’t think it could cope with producing enough hot water for the whole apartment. Other than that, it was an ideal place to stay.

no mention of construction in the building

The space was just as I saw online. Great location and perfect setting. Unfortunately the company running the rentals failed to inform us that there would be excessive amounts of very LOUD noise from construction in the building that would keep us up in the morning/afternoons and into the evening on every single night that we stayed there. They said they "had no idea it was happening" but it was extremely obvious that the place had under construction for quite some time. Bad practice by any serious company within the hospitality industry. Too bad, because the place was very nice, but unfortunately their response to my complaint wasn't very meaningful. They refunded us $200 and told us we would get a "credit" if we returned. Not cool in any way.....therefore I won't be back.

Beautiful stylishly decorated apartment in a great location near to the old town, beaches and shopping areas. Would highly recommend. Thy have though of all the details. The rental agency provides a great service, even going as far as providing a list of the best pinchos to try in the area.
